What challenge were you trying to address with Chromatix?

We needed web development services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Chromatix built our WordPress site from the ground up. The team managed both the backend development and the frontend design. 

What is the team composition?

I worked with two people from the Chromatix team. I mainly dealt with Irwin (Director) at the start, and then began working with a project manager. 

How did you come to work with Chromatix?

Irwin is a friend of mine, and I knew of some of the work he did at Chromatix. When I had a web development need, he showed me how his services could be of value to my company. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $30,000 (approximately $21,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from October 2018–March 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website is very good. We’ve seen a 200%–300% increase in engagement since the update, and it’s a lot easier to find our page on Google. 

How did Chromatix perform from a project management standpoint?

The quality of the project management was aligned with what you would expect from a high-end service provider. Chromatix was great with communication and were always following up. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

It was a lengthy process, but throughout all of it, they were always there to support us. Chromatix’s guidance was very reliable and thorough.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

We ended up investing a lot in the content development, which we thought was part of the whole package at the start of the project. They could communicate that a bit more.

We wanted to revamp our website to something premium that represents who we are and what we do as we are a premium content creation agency. We wanted to show off an array of over 50+ case studies that demonstrated why people go withus regardless of the industry.

The website project was initiated with a clear set of objectives aimed at enhancing our online presence and achieving measurable progress and success. We wanted to create more traffic to our website, increase brand awareness, and ultimately drive higher conversion rates. Through strategic design and content enhancements, we've not only met but exceeded these goals. Our website now enjoys a noticeable increase in traffic, reflecting a broader audience and improved brand recognition. 
Additionally, our website's conversion rates have seen a significant improvement, translating into more successful lead generation and customer engagement. The project also focused on elevating our search engine rankings and mobile responsiveness, contributing to a holistic improvement in user satisfaction. The overall impact has been a resounding success, and we are thrilled with the measurable outcomes achieved.
