The team we had was fantastic. Whenever I had a problem, I would go to Nate and he would assign someone to take a look at that part of our website. Aside from the marketing direction, I would speak with Nate about once every 2 weeks about any issues we were having. As far as the website goes, communication was minimal but there was never a problem. For our marketing and shopping campaigns, we were having weekly meetings with them to put in our information as far as the directions we wanted to go. We were looking at whether we were putting time into one product or one category.

Diana is always extremely prompt in responding to our requests and transparent on timelines.
