There was one team member whose level of English wasn't sufficient to work with chats, so Helpware reassigned her to a different project and gave us someone else. We're impressed with their empathy. They're dedicated to working with each individual customer. It's not like working with a robot that manages an overseas service center. They're targeting human beings with feelings and they're there to help our customers.

VSA exceeded the number of meetings several times during the course of the project. VSA's project management was very professional and strategic. Their team went above and beyond to ensure that our initial requests were met, in a timely way. VSA also was quick to make changes to scripts and cadence, upon our request, with no loss in productivity!
