I would like to underline and appreciate the team's quick response rate to this feedback as it helped to mitigate any potential damage to our company's image.

It was not a complete success as the conversion rate from lead to project was 0%, but this is quite the norm for our unique industry. However, the fact that we had over a 3% response rate with potential continued conversation leads me to believe that a bud has been planted.
