Disruptive can adapt. This is indeed what was most impressive about them. Too many agencies will run the same playbook over and over again and expect the same results. With Disruptive, they could pivot strategies quickly and make adjustments that fit our business model. We are a SaaS business, so the market was much different in 2021 than in 2023. This required a significant adjustment to our company GTM strategy, and Disruptive Advertising was right alongside us, making changes that met the economy's demands.
Like any team, learning communication preferences and tools was necessary. Some of the standard means of communicating and project managing didn't work for us and Disruptive was quick to adapt and recommend solutions to support our long sales cycle. We used a custom project engagement system on a shared document site that allowed for budget, project and approval updates in one place. Disruptive is nimble in working with the different outcomes and constant changes in product offering allowing me to stay focused on the end objectives without reinventing or needing to handhold partners to adjust as we do.

All problems (though very rare) have been addressed immediately and primarily caused through 3rd party system errors on our side than human errors on the side of Bind. They have a very knowledgeable, helpful team, all of whom have delivered in terms of outcomes and deadlines.
