We struggled to meet the goals we had set out entering not only a very difficult area geographically (Germany) however we also entered during a very volatile market with a decrease in VC funding YoY, etc.

I think one area of improvement would've been laying out an entire GTM plan when we first met with the agency that detailed how we were going to enter the market, build awareness, outline how long this would take and then what we needed to go from there, add in MoF efforts and then BoF, etc.

I felt like it was more just learning as we went which was fine but we wanted to have the confidence from the agency on what would work best in their market and how we should efficiently approach.
