Also the cost transparency - they dont hide their fees in your google spend like other companies, also there is no lock in contracts so if they dont deliver you can opt out. That was a real selling point for me. You can also add packages as you want and can afford to build your marketing budget. Scaledon are upfront, honest, easy to deal with and have the skills and knowledge to scale up any business.

I cant think of anything I would change or that they could do better. Tim, Reka and Patty have been a dream to deal with.

How did you select this vendor?

We went back and forth for a few months looking at forecasts and projections to make sure we could justify the cost. Once we felt good about it we made the plunge.

Scaled On began by updating and optimizing all of our product titles with keyword-rich names as well as redesigning the layout and structure of each PDP. From there they implemented and have been managing our digital ad strategy on the platform.

They've also integrated running our Amazon Storefront along with publishing Amazon posts. More recently they took on integrating an email (retention) system within our account to drive reviews and future purchases.

What was the team composition?

I mostly work with Claudia and Jenay through there were a few others in the past that we did work with including Alec, the CEO (mostly in onboarding and implementations). The whole team is great and makes the relationship really worthwhile!

YoY growth has more than doubled since working with ScaledOn and it's only growing.

We met bi-weekly early on but transitioned to monthly meetings now to cover what's been going on. In between meetings they're great about reaching out or responding to inquiries via email as they come up.

They employ people all over the globe so your account always has eyes on it. They're also very thorough with data collection and display and always go back to the numbers.

I think a more seamless communication system that fits into how our company currently operates would be helpful (i.e. we communicate internally and with most other agencies via Slack).

Our Amazon revenue increased dramatically. The best metric was to see revenue go from $0 to a significant revenue stream for our company.
