They have optimized our pay-per clicks to a place where we would never have imagined before using their service. Emil, our account manager, had great expertise and initiative within the account. Overall, we have been extremely satisfied with Klientboost.

Mainly and ongoing account manager and designer on their end – with the occasional input of other teammates. The team size changed toward the end of the relationship as we managed to automate parts of the process with internal resources.

KlientBoost helped us launch ~50 campaigns on all channels by the desired timeline. Some campaigns were successful while others were a flop. They suggested running a variety of tests to target different audiences or use a variety of ad creative/copy.

Since I was managing the relationship directly with their account manager, it was very straightforward, and this was key to making the process streamlined. We used Asana for projects and timelines as well as Slack for ongoing communication. They were very feedback-driven and often asked us to review their performance.

They've worked with several startups and software companies so they knew what we were up against - Huge tech companies with massive budgets. They got back to us with a proposal and walked us through costs and what their approach would be if we hired them. We came to an agreement and they started working on our campaigns. Every aspect of our campaigns was improved because of their expertise. They knew exactly what settings we needed, researched what topics, keywords, interests we needed to bid on, and wrote better ads. It takes years to understand how to do all of this and we didn't have the time to invest. Our cost per click took a sharp dive and has been manageable since we started working with KlientBoost. We consistently get leads for demos with our software and we've maintained a significantly high rate of lead quality.

KlientBoost focuses on bringing in the right traffic, regardless of the platform, which is one reason I chose them. If targeting our audiences weren't right on one platform, they could easily switch without having to ask for more money or slow anything down, which we DID. Once they nailed down that part, the other part was building landing page experiences that actually got us conversions that were quality. So instead of just relying on one portion of the equation (like the traffic), they had two levers to pull which got us better performance than what we had before.

My direct point of contact was an account manager who also did the actual work. They were supported with a conversion designer and I believe that account manager also had a manager helping with bigger strategic moves.

The workflow has always been really effective. We maintain very effective communication, which provides for a more efficient workflow.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

KlientBoost has always been extremely transparent, providing open communication, an open mind, and an open door. 

Their Account Representatives and Executives are extremely knowledgable, but not egotistical. They're open to differing opinions and ideas but are still able to provide analytical data or informative articles to help the team understand their recommendations where necessary.

Are there any areas for improvement?

KlientBoost always makes themselves available when needed. They answer emails at all times of the day.

However, the highest level Account Representative may be spread a little thin. And, it's important to maintain consistent communication to ensure your accounts are consistently being monitored and optimized as needed.

We did were referred to Klientboost via a mutual connection in the SEM space. Johnathan and his company cam with very high recommendation after a phone screener and meeting we decided to work with them on the project.

Johnathan helped up with our campaigns and developed three webinars around paid acquisition for our audience as well as Klientboost drove significant traffic into our campaign.

They drove a pre-event campaign on both paid media as well as by email, just as we did. The Klientboost team would present the webinar content to our audience and help with resources for the follow-up campaign.

We worked directly with Johnathan and one of these account managers. On our side was myself and a marketing specialist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Klientboost helped us drive significant traffic to our landing pages with good conversion rate. This resulted in hundreds of net new leads and several hundred attendees for each live webinar.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We build a good process together at the start of the project which made the collaboration very easy to manage. Communication was great, clear and timely and all assets were delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge and ability to clearly communicate was impressive. This was not just a project delivered but also a great learning experience for our team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not much that I can think off. They did not share off of their secret sauce on how they ran their campaigns but I think that is to be expected.

How did you select this vendor?

Found KlientBoost as a certified partner on the Unbounce platform. We needed help and they were highly rated. We interviewed 2-3 finalists from this list and selected them based on their approach, results, and service orientation.

We worked with KlientBoost on landing page design, creation, and optimization. They were so good that we then gave them our entire paid search budget to manage and optimize for leads and conversions. They have incredible expertise on both Google AdWords and Bing, as well as Facebook.

They saved us $$ immediately, and importantly, drove qualified visits and leads that led to customer conversions. They helped us problem-solve when we were temporarily off AdWords while our mental healthcare facility was verified. That was a critical time for the company, which has no recurring customers. Each month we need to fill up to 10 slots for a 4-week residential treatment program. Could not do it without KlientBoost!

Outcomes - saved us $$ immediately by optimizing our paid search accounts. Saved us $$ and increased our reach by adding in Bing (don't ignore this!!!).

Drove highly qualified leads that converted into customers. Sometimes this was quick - a few weeks - other times leads converted to customers over months or even over a year. Did this on cost/lead and CPA that was much better than we had before.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I managed them directly as CMO and had regularly-scheduled meetings - at least 1x week where we reviewed results and agreed on strategies and tactics for the upcoming week. We used Google tools a lot, and had our weekly meeting on GoToMeeting. KlientBoost was always very accessible.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They work with us as individuals. We are not just another account. When things go sideways, they're brainstorming and problem-solving. They helped us through a critical time when we were paused on Google AdWords as we were getting verified.

We supplemented with more expansive Bing and also some display network and paid social activity. They are always looking to bring new ideas to help improve the performance. They are flexible when we needed to be on budget. And they're awesome to work with!

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, all good. I think it's the classic balance of outsourcing some activity and work vs. keeping it in-house. For this company, performance marketing and paid search was so strategic it was a no-brainer for me to go with subject matter experts.
