KlientBoost helped us launch ~50 campaigns on all channels by the desired timeline. Some campaigns were successful while others were a flop. They suggested running a variety of tests to target different audiences or use a variety of ad creative/copy.

Since I was managing the relationship directly with their account manager, it was very straightforward, and this was key to making the process streamlined. We used Asana for projects and timelines as well as Slack for ongoing communication. They were very feedback-driven and often asked us to review their performance.

For what projects/services did your company hire KlientBoost?

We hired KlientBoost to handle our Facebook advertising & Adwords account management.

What were your goals for this project?

To get a lower cost per click or conversion, and to compete with much larger names on a tighter budget.

How did you select this vendor?

I've known of Klientboost for years, they have phenomenal content and you can tell they know what they are doing. We wanted measurable and consistent results so it was an obvious choice.

Describe the project in detail.

We had the KlientBoost team take a look at our accounts and we shared our history of what we were experiencing. They've worked with several startups and software companies so they knew what we were up against - Huge tech companies with massive budgets. They got back to us with a proposal and walked us through costs and what their approach would be if we hired them. We came to an agreement and they started working on our campaigns. Every aspect of our campaigns was improved because of their expertise. They knew exactly what settings we needed, researched what topics, keywords, interests we needed to bid on, and wrote better ads. It takes years to understand how to do all of this and we didn't have the time to invest. Our cost per click took a sharp dive and has been manageable since we started working with KlientBoost. We consistently get leads for demos with our software and we've maintained a significantly high rate of lead quality.

What was the team composition?

We worked with an account manager but you could tell the entire team was invested in making sure we were successful. They are constantly learning, sharing results, and tweaking their approach.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our cost per click took a sharp dive and has been manageable since we started working with KlientBoost. We consistently get leads for demos with our software and we've maintained a significantly high rate of lead quality.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We started off a little slow, on our end, just getting the team everything they needed. We wanted to make sure they had the personas we'd researched about our users. Otherwise, they've been great and almost always get back to us in a reasonable timeframe. We stuck to using email, but we still do conference calls online so we can see their screens and the results they are sharing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They're very professional and trustworthy. Their reputation means everything so they take care of their clients very well.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We've been beyond satisfied with the service they've offered, so no complaints or areas for improvement.

I am the owner and founder of The Salty Olive, a branding & design agency in Northern California serving small businesses all over the world.

I hired KlientBoost to increase traffic and conversions - first through Google Advertising and PPC and then shifted to Facebook.

What were your goals for this project?

My goals for this project were to get in front of my target audience: successful, well-established women business owners in primarily the services industry or the arts with annual revenues in the high 6 to 7 figures.

How did you select this vendor?

I was referred by one of my production assistants who had done some research on highly-rated digital marketing agencies.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

KlientBoost focuses on bringing in the right traffic, regardless of the platform, which is one reason I chose them. If targeting our audiences weren't right on one platform, they could easily switch without having to ask for more money or slow anything down, which we DID. Once they nailed down that part, the other part was building landing page experiences that actually got us conversions that were quality. So instead of just relying on one portion of the equation (like the traffic), they had two levers to pull which got us better performance than what we had before.

What was the team composition?

My direct point of contact was an account manager who also did the actual work. They were supported with a conversion designer and I believe that account manager also had a manager helping with bigger strategic moves.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I did get a substantial number of new leads and conversions captured that were in my demographic.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very professional, well organized and their communication with me was EXCELLENT throughout the entire process. They kept in touch, kept me abreast of strategy and what they were doing, we had regular check-in meetings and any and all questions and concerns were immediately answered and addressed. I was very impressed with their level of professionalism, friendliness and communication!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their communication and clarity. They clearly outlined all steps and kept in constant contact and got on the phone whenever needed to sort anything out that needed sorting. They were kind and friendly, organized and on the ball. They had a high level of integrity and professionalism throughout the process.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. I have a tough demographic to reach, and I feel they did everything they could to help me reach that audience.
