We've added 40 new doors this year, and at least 70% of those are directly a result of KlientBoost's leads from the landing pages they created.

They’ve performed exactly as they said they would. Deadlines are met, and metrics are met or exceeded.

Culture is the most important part of any company, and their culture values communication, transparency, and results, along with continually honing and improving their craft and staying on top of market trends.

There always are, but that's the nature of humans. Some early landing pages had discouraging grammatical errors and syntax that didn't make sense, but this isn't their industry, and the wording doesn't come naturally. I haven't seen much I don't like. I recommend them to anyone who will listen.

I'm the CEO and owner of a small print management company that operates in Norway, Sweden, and Poland.

We hired KlientBoost to manage our PPC on Google Ads. Recently, they’ve expanded their services to include conversion rate optimization (CRO) for our landing pages.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to streamline our online advertising efforts.

How did you select this vendor?

I had been working with a local agency that was ineffective and decided that I needed a new partner. I chose KlientBoost because of their excellent reputation and awesome blog articles.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

KlientBoost completely revamped our PPC strategy. The team created a set of new ads, which we translated into Norwegian. They’re currently working on several new campaigns and improvements for our landing pages.

What was the team composition?

I’ve been in direct contact with an account manager, and KlientBoost’s director of agency development helps us set goals and create growth strategies. Also, a conversion designer recently joined our team to help with CRO.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

KlientBoost has more than doubled our number of incoming leads while reducing our average cost per lead.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Although we’re in different time zones, we’ve never had problems with communication. They’re quick to schedule a call whenever I need to talk.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The speed with which they complete tasks impresses me the most. Our biggest challenge right now is keeping up with the leads that they’ve generated.

KlientBoost is also extremely knowledgeable. Now that I understand their capabilities, I feel comfortable letting them do their work.

Are there any areas for improvement?

When I initially reached out to KlientBoost, I had a hard time understanding their services. I was also worried that they wouldn’t be able to handle a Norwegian account because they don’t speak the language. Overall, I think that communication with their sales representative could’ve been better.

After researching a few different PPC providers, we chose KlientBoost because their portfolio included companies that were similar to ours. We saw this as an indicator that we would get significant results if we worked with them.

We started with a discovery phase that included introductory meetings and questionnaires. KlientBoost took this time to familiarize their team with our brand and understand what we were looking for in terms of PPC. They worked with us to identify keywords, and we had meetings every few weeks to evaluate the progress of their campaigns.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

After the first two months, we decreased our cost-per-click by 63% and increased our conversion rate by 10%. Those numbers are continually improving, and we’re adding new services to hopefully see even better results.

How did the KlientBoost perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team is very pleasant and answers all of our questions via phone or email.

What impresses you about the KlientBoost?

I’m most impressed by the quality of their landing pages. They are far superior to the landing pages that were created by our past vendors.

Are there any areas for improvement?

At the moment, I can’t say that there is an area where we would like to see improvement.
