Analytics Liv has shown consistent progress in driving high value traffic to our website through various channels. They maintain our ROAS targets and watch our accounts with a very high level of detail and attention which is hard to find in a digital agency.

The way it works is: We share the business details and the budgets and KPIs to be achieved, on the basis of which they were supposed to create a targeting strategy,set up conversion tracking, Audience data creation, create the structure of campaigns, optimization of campaigns, create Looker studio reports and analysis of the results.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were tracking everything through Floodlight activity, making sure that the end goal is utilized in the bidding strategy. The events such pageviews, add to carts, purchases, lead form submission, app install were being regularly tracked along with associated metrics like CPA, CTR, Conv. Rate and ROAS.

The team was extremely responsive and pro-active. We had weekly sync ups, monthly reporting and planning sessions, along with regular conversation on call and emails. They were were very prompt and always responded within 2 business hours. Another important aspect was the fact that they took the initiative in driving better processes and outcomes, like bringing automation to the foray for better management of campaigns.

The ability to find solutions is the most unique capability I found. Its very hard to come by and rarely you get to work with people who will solve your problem without even telling you that there was a proble.
