We’d been running Google Ads for years, so we wanted to be able to lower our cost per conversion and increase our conversion volume systematically.

I've been a big fan of KlientBoost ever since they got started. Once I saw my brother's performance, I immediately reached out and had them run an audit to give us an idea of what needed to change.

It’s been very straightforward. They found a lot of wasted ad spend, stemming from a poor setup in our Google Ads account, and immediately started cleaning it up.

We have recurring meetings with a dedicated account manager so that we can always be in the loop and give them feedback on lead quality.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They’ve been able to reduce our cost per conversion by over 70%, help us with additional conversion tracking, and ensure that there’s no more waste occurring. Now that we’re set up on their software, Kite, we get alerts if anything outside the norm happens.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was simple and to the point. Their reporting is focused on our goals, and I can see they constantly prioritize things based on my feedback.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Our immediate turnaround in performance. They were smart to set expectations, but I didn't expect them to drastically hit our goals so fast.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Keep taking feedback and challenge your clients. I feel like they're a little too quick to say yes, even if my ideas aren't the best.

We started off with a three-fold ROAS and expanded to a four-fold ROAS, reaching much higher numbers on certain sets of advertisements.

We needed help with our advertising conversion growth. Our targets were a 10% month-over-month (MoM) growth, a 15% year-over-year (YoY) growth, a $50 cost-per-conversion (CPC), a $250 cost-per-acquisition (CPA), a 10%-15% MoM organic traffic growth, and a domain authority score of 60.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen YoY growth, better quality leads, and two best-performing months in Q3 2023 compared to prior years when we only had one best-performing month in Q1. One of our slowest months had a +149% YoY growth in conversions. Our other stronger month had a +41% MoM and +115% YoY growth in conversions.Moreover, we’ve seen a more efficient CPA close to our target goal. For one of our best-performing months, our Google CPA was 27% less than our target goal.

How did KlientBoost perform from a project management standpoint?

KlientBoost delivers on time. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

KlientBoost has an impeccable onboarding process. They have it down to a science, making the transition extremely easy. It took them about 1–2 months to master our brand, services, and target demo compared to the 6 months–1 year it took our prior agency partner.

They’re very process-oriented, which helps minimize mistakes. Overall, I’m very impressed with KlientBoost.

We needed to keep our spending within budget, lower Cost Per Conversion, and generate 190 leads per quarter.

Our engagement began with goal setting and keyword research. From there, our current ad groups, keywords and ad copy was reviewed and edited. KB created a great, high converting landing page for us and we updated all ads to link to this general landing page. From there, we added more keywords, ad groups and ads into google Adwords.

They could improve on the amount of time it takes to create a landing page which is 3-4 weeks.
