We hired CAYK Marketing Inc. to help us with our online marketing needs.

CAYK Marketing Inc. helped us set up online marketing campaigns on Instagram and Google. They also updated our website to function better and added backlinks to it. They did this via WordPress since we were with GoDaddy. Their members created ads, too.

We worked with around 6–7 teammates from CAYK Marketing Inc., including Josh (Owner), Megan (Project Manager), and Daniela (Content Marketing Coordinator). A web designer and a couple of other teammates were also involved in the project.

We found CAYK Marketing Inc. through Google. We didn’t use them then, but we contacted them again after a couple of years and started engaging with them.

Our investment was around $30,000 CAD (approximately $22,000 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from December 2023–May 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We saw a large increase in website traffic and inquiries about our work. Around 30%–50% of that traffic turned into actual customers. Overall, CAYK Marketing Inc.’s quality of work was great.

They met our timeline and budget requirements. To communicate, we used email and Google Meet.

Megan, Daniela, and Josh were excellent.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Overall, I was impressed with their ability to deliver on what they said. They told us that achieving our goals wouldn’t be a problem. We were a little skeptical, but they delivered.

As a result of this project, our web presence has increased exponentially. We have also increased web traffic, social content and generation on a regular basis. Regularly scheduled account planning sessions have allowed us to create a strong relationship where suggestions from the CAYK Marketing Inc team resonate and make sense for our business, creating a sense of community between our companies resulting in high quality work.

CAYK Marketing Inc continiously exeeds expections with regards to projects and tasks requested of them. We can't recall a single project being overdue, or not meeting expectations and the team religiously proves they are willing to put in the time and dedication to get a project done to the desired level and show great workmanship along the way. The team isn't afraid to ask questions, and discuss ideas and solutions and it allows projects to run very smoothly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

CAYK Marketing Inc's culture is representative in the work they put forth. Social strategies are creative, content is unique, and ideas are discussed on a regular basis to allow for ideas to move freely between our companies. This is a very unique approach in that their culture not only makes it easy and effortless to work alongside them in a partnership but has created a feeling of their business being an extension of our own. The team is extremely knowledgable and approachable, and our relationship has always felt like a collaborative effort which is very rare.

We have been extremely pleased with CAYK Marketing Inc since the start of our relationship and we forsee that to continue for years to come!

All delieverables were made on time, any concerns were addressed either the same day or within a reasonable amount of time. There is a dedicated individual just address client concerns. Having one point of contact liaise between the entire team has been extremeley helpful.

Their adaptability is impressive. While startegies are identified and agreed upon, CAYK was able to adapt after implementation. As online makreting may be dynamic we were never left behind, if an issue arose it was identified and addressed immediatley.

To be blunt no. CAYK and the team are receptive to feedback and will have the discussion. CAYK does a really good job in explaining the concepts that those unintitiated in the industry may not fully comprehend. So while someone may feel that their approach is not what they want, CAYK explains why their approach is better.

CAYK has consistently been on time with deliverables and updates where deliverables are longer term. The team we are working with have been proactive in determining new outlets for us, and very open to discussion and changes when requested.

Analytics have informed the majority of the decisions, with some leeway for creative and out of the box thinking that has so far proven to be extremely effective. We have regular communication and touchbase moments, and larger meetings when necessary to plan, review results, and adapt where necessary.

The genuine excitement for our project and passion for what they do is what impressed us most about CAYK. The entire team is engaged and great to work with, often offering unique solutions based in their expertise that we would not have come to on our own. So far, the results have been positive. We have seen a large drive of traffic to our website and increase in both online parts/service requests and phone calls from their call tracking system.

The response time is good, they are on the ball with the action items they bring to the table. Once an issue or concern arises to fit our business needs, Cayk is very good at working to understand the industry and work to create the content that our customers will absorb at their level.

The depth of knowledge from Josh, Danielle and their team is amazing and they will always take the time to slow down and explain what they are doing in layman's terms to those not in the marketing field. It's been great to be able to work alongside them.

Confirming all content is accurate prior to submitting for approval was a mistake that happened once but was quickly corrected and hasn't happened since. They take feedback very seriously.
