I hired this company to obtain additional paid clients via online marketing campaigns and pay per click leads. The scope of work entitled both executing the campaigns, themselves, and overseeing and advising the creation of a website, marketing assets, etc. to facilitate the success of the aforementioned.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I invested several thousand dollars with this company (consultations, ad spends, website buildout/hosting/maintenance, advertising asset creation), and never received a single paying client/conversion across our multiple campaigns spanning facebook, instagram, and google. This was a complete failure in terms of measureable success. 

Additionally, it was my experience that the company provided poor client care. For example, the provider recommended that I set up a website and OK'ed the suggested platform, to only later recommend that I switch plans and companies entirely, after I had already paid to design the site, paid for hosting, and spent countless hours in development. Detailed questions to avoid issues prospectively were often ignored, forgotten, or misunderstood.

I was also disappointed by the lack of accountability I have experienced with this provider. During our last encounter, the provider failed to show up to our meeting. The provider was unwilling to honor the time with any gesture of good faith or prompt rescheduling, and suggested we rebook. Once we selected date/time, the provider sent me an email notice stating that consultations would no longer be available, at all, because they were not profitable. I was left without further guidance mid-campaign with substantial funds invested.

I work for a small dental benefits management insurance company that has been contracted by the State of Connecticut to administer the dental program for its Medicaid population of approx. 1,000,000. As Communications Manager, I am accountable for all communications going to Medicaid (HUSKY Health in CT) recipients as well as the dental provider community and a broad network of community partners.
