Smooth changeover from doing all makes and models to specializing in "Toyota Only". This task was put to digital nomads to achieve a new website design without losing traffic through the website and google rankings

We worked with all staff who deal with different types of marketing techniques/areas. All of their staff members are easy to reach and responsive.

I searched for agencies on the Sunshine Coast, and chose Digital Nomads HQ due to their portfolio of servicing many clients across many industries. After the initial meeting with the team, they completely understood my business goals and the brand. The team were friendly, professional, and always provided me with updates on how we were progressing.

I had an initial meeting to discuss the key goals and objectives I was seeking. From this, Digital Nomads HQ provided me with a comprehensive proposal detailing costs, a proposed time frame for the web build, as well as SEO insight for keywords etc. to target.

My initial meeting was with the Director, Jodi & General Manager, Ben. Once I was onboard, I worked closely with the Development team, Hayden & Mitch. As well as the SEO team, Roberta & Annabelle.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Once the website was live, and SEO was under way, rankings for my keywords increased month on month, as well as traffic to the website. I received many enquiries for my group classes, which are now FULL!

The management of the projects, were extremely efficient and timely. The team kept communication with me each step of the way, with what has been completed, what's next. We also organised monthly meetings to go through my reports.

The Digital Nomads team are AMAZING—they are extremely professional, and talented in what they do. I felt like they truely cared about my business as much as I do. Great team!

After an initial consultation, Ben reviewed all of our digital programs (website, social media etc) and provided a comprehensive evaluation of items that were great and items that needed to be reviewed.

Our SM traffic has increased. It is still early days to provide an amble response to this question.

Communication between digital nomads and their other subsidiary business CRT can be improved. We had a few issues whereby requests were not communicated clearly.
