Although being a part of the digital marketing program requires a rather significant investment, we absolutely feel that the payback is there. Since starting with this program, our company has grown our sales around 50%. I would highly recommend this company! Our account manager Ron, always goes the extra mile, follows up consistently and is very attentive to our business needs. We have tried other companies in the past who seem to miss that personal touch. With SEP, I continue to feel they have taken the time to really know our industry and care about our results.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
At this time I don't see any areas of improvement.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Being in a small town we need to reach as many people in Ontario as possible. The focused advertising allows us to target specific individuals and get them to the place they need to be. Sales during the pandemic has changed the game and online influence is the reason we have been so successful.

Changed marketing strategies on a monthly basis, and achieved best month for Tire sales in the history of the dealership when we changed our focus and advertising allocation.
