We divided the project in three phases. For the first two phases, we focused on marketing our NFTs. Together with SOLDOUT NFTS, we developed a gameplan on how we’re going to market them. They also helped build our website and showed us how to turn a nice landing page into a website to make sure it can convert into sales.

We’re still in phase three of our project, which is all about running ads. Their team is helping us create and implement ads on Twitter and Discord.

We haven’t started selling our NFTs, but everything is going well so far. Since working with SOLDOUT NFTS, we’ve seen a x10 increase in followers.

Despite the difference in time zones, the communication has been google; we talk with them on a daily basis through Telegram and hold Zoom and in-person meetings from time to time. Overall, their team always responds to us and lets us know what’s happening.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re true professionals in the NFT industry; they always know what’s going on. I don’t think there’s anyone else who can help us as much as they have.

They could expand their team and be more clear on specific tasks.

If you follow what they tell you to do, you’ll do well. If you try to take shortcuts, you won’t do well. Also, even though it takes time to do some stuff, just listen to what they have to say, and everything will go as planned.

Based on that, we followed a marketing process and selected marketing channels such as PPC. Then, they moved on to the services.

They’ve run ads for one of our campaigns to promote our podcast and get as much traffic as possible. SOLDOUT NFTS uses LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Since we have our in-house team, they also work with them on certain things, such as replying to comments.

Our metrics have been great; our cost per click on Twitter has gone down from $0.20 to $0.10. Arvin has optimized our ads to their best form. Moreover, the quality of SOLDOUT NFTS work has been great.

In terms of budget, they’re good and never try to exploit me. Meanwhile, deadlines are sometimes dependent on third parties, so we can’t blame SOLDOUT NFTS for any delays. For communication, the team is highly accessible via their Telegram group and Discord server, which is highly detailed. On top of that, they have an entire course where they put videos for us to learn things. Their videos are truly helpful. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Arvin is the best person to work with in terms of getting into the NFT space.

If they can start answering calls again every week, that would be great. For context, Arvin used to have calls with us twice a week. Those calls were truly helpful, and we can find people who share their own experiences.

It’s a bit premature to determine the effectiveness of SOLDOUT NFTS services. We haven’t seen direct results that affect our project as a whole, and we’re still in the setup phases of the engagement. However, the partnership hasn’t been terrible.

They deliver within 1–2 days before deadlines; we don’t have to ask them for updates frequently. Some of the deliverables have been late for 1–2 days, but they’re usually within reason. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their breadth of knowledge in terms of paid ads for the NFT ecosystem is quite impressive. They know what works and what doesn’t work. Whenever we jump on a call with them and ask them questions about the project, they always come back with meaningful information. That’s the reason why we look past some of their shortcomings. Their knowledge and experience are helpful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their communication can be improved, and they must ensure any strategy changes are communicated correctly. 

Moreover, they could communicate more clearly what they offer within their service packages. They should let us know what is and isn’t included in their packages, such as how many people will work on the product or platform. This way, we’ll get greater transparency on what we’ll get when we sign up for a specific service. 

They could also be more transparent when it comes to cost and the additional services they offer. They’ve provided us with a brief of their services, but it’s not detailed. At this stage, we’ve ironed the details out with them. However, providing a little more transparency upfront would’ve been easier.

Outline what package you’re going for, and ensure you have enough details about what you’ll get. If you’re getting a marketing strategy from them, ensure it’s detailed before you start paying them.

SOLDOUT NFTS provides us with marketing services, acting as an advisor. So far, we've had about five calls with them. Since the crypto business is still really young, there aren't many places to advertise, and there are many restrictions. SOLDOUT NFTS has given us strategies to promote ourselves using different methods. They've helped us advertise to the right users by segmenting groups to ensure our money is well spent and to reduce our cost per lead.

The team has shown me different ad campaigns from previous clients, explaining what does and doesn't work for me to replicate and improve. Although SOLDOUT NFTS has primarily helped us with Twitter advertising, they've also expanded from there and taught us about YouTube and Google Ads.

When I started the hedge fund, I operated with my own money and that of friends and family; we had around $20,000 under management. Now, we’re managing $300,000 from different investors around the world. I’ve achieved success through ads and networking under SOLDOUT NFTS’ advice.
