We’re currently surveying regional sales managers regarding the qualities of leads generated through Google Ads campaigns. We’re still awaiting results, but we plan to evaluate the success of the leads generated from the Google Ads campaigns by measuring the revenue generated through leads versus the total cost of the ad campaign.

We hired Black Propeller to take over both our paid advertising and social media management after our previous agency failed to meet expectations. From the start, they assumed full management of our PPC campaigns (Google Ads) and our Facebook and Instagram accounts. Their team met or exceeded our 3.5 ROAS target, delivering a strong return on ad spend while also helping us grow awareness and engagement through social media.

In addition to campaign management, Black Propeller corrected and optimized our Google Analytics setup to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. They also improved our product feeds for both Google Shopping and Amazon, helping to streamline our eCommerce operations and increase product visibility. Their comprehensive, data-driven approach made a measurable impact on our sales performance and marketing efficiency.

We needed search engine marketing services. Our goal was to generate interest and find art buyers for specific artists through Google Ads.

Black Propeller initially set up a meeting where I was assigned a representative, and the team set the project's goals. Black Propeller has taken over the project from a different service provider and created and managed ad campaigns for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. The team also designs landing pages, manages budgets, and defines keywords.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since partnering with Black Propeller, we've seen an improvement in lead quality, generating around 100–150 monthly leads. We have a forever-evolving relationship with the team. Black Propeller creates campaigns according to our specific needs. For instance, we've set campaigns for an artist's birthday or for an artist's retrospective. The team customizes campaigns and ads according to each campaign's goal. 

How did Black Propeller perform from a project management standpoint?

Black Propeller delivers work on time and on budget. We communicate via Zoom, phone calls, and emails. We've also collaborated via Google Docs.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Our account manager is very helpful and attentive to my needs. She works with me to accomplish the project's goals.

Black Propeller is accurate with deliverables and great to work with. The team is realistic with their results, and I'm happy with their work.

I can't point out anything Black Propeller can improve. I always wish I had more leads, but that's wishful thinking.
