They were highly responsive. Also, our website had a firm date by which it had to launch because we were launching in tandem with an AMS system, and they hit that deadline. If I ever asked our project manager for anything, she ensured it was delivered. She responded promptly to emails, but we also used Teamwork and did a lot through that, and if I needed her, I didn't have to place a task and wait for her. She was always there. Additionally, we worked with their head of development from beginning to end. He had a team underneath him that came through with additional requests we needed to launch.

We use Slack for stand-ups, immediate communications, and some updates. There are weekly sync meetings that Tina schedules and leads. We use Asana to keep track of all tasks that Reaktiv keeps clean and organized. Anything that we ever need can be put in Slack, and we get a resolution or response in a matter of minutes. Reaktiv has been great at communicating ahead of time changes or discoveries that can alter the project's scope, timeline or budget.
