We needed a website that could actively support our lead generation efforts and offer a much clearer user journey for our key audiences. While our existing WordPress site had a clean design, it wasn’t delivering results in terms of SEO performance or conversion. Our goal was to create a site that would serve as a strategic marketing tool, not just a digital brochure, and support the next phase of our growth.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new site is a significant step forward. It better reflects who we are as a business, gives us more flexibility to manage content, and is already showing improvements in engagement. We now have a platform that supports lead generation in a more structured and measurable way.

The clarity of messaging and stronger CTAs are helping to guide users more effectively through the site. We’re seeing improved SEO visibility and are well-positioned to build on this with future content and campaigns.

We worked closely with a small, senior team on the project, project management, strategy, UX, design, and development were all clearly coordinated.

The corporate rebrand has been well-received at industry events and enabled us to stand out from similar companies in the wound care space.

UP's project management allowed us to stay on target with project timelines and the overall budget. They used a combination of online tools (Basecamp platform) along with email communication and at minimum, bi-weekly meetings to ensure both our team and their provided assigned deliverables on-time.

Absolutely, Up never missed a deadline, and were always professional and accommodating when Axelos were unable to respond, review and approve work due to delays at a time when Covid was causing massive disruption

This project was delivered through various Covid lockdowns, so no, really wasn't anything that could have been done differently.
