Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of work included planning and development of complex projects. Deliverables included the discovery phase where the requirements are gathered and aligned, UX\UI design, architecture development, coding, and actual launch. Also, we're working together on a few CMS-based projects. Mostly, this work is about maintenance, support and implementation of new features.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was delivered on time. Also, the client was excited about application performance and overall UX. These things allowed us to get the client positively motivated for further work.

Project Management was great. A task tracker and all the assets for setting up the administrative part were provided. Also, Happiness manages and hosted all the environments that were and are needed for development purposes.
