What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
SWOT developed one of the best online stores for manufacturers of upholstered furniture in the middle-price segment in Ukraine, which made it possible to multiply sales. After the site launch, we received an increase in revenue for the Domino brand compared to last year's +514.92%. Conversion (CR) into orders increased x6.15 times. Due to the implementation of convenient product selection and configurator — accelerate purchasing decisions by 6 times. Total increase in Target achieved 1662.17%
The previous site had a traffic plateau — up to 14,000 visitors per month. From the 3 month of the launch of the new unique modern site with the same SEO, organic growth х2.4 times is higher than the previous level. Later, was carried out and the maximum traffic was 95,521 visitors per month, which is 7.25 times higher than the maximum traffic of the previous site.
As a result of the support and development of the site from 2017 to 2020, the increase in online sales amounted to +1572% to the level after the start of the new site (main development). We increased online sales by +1.8 million dollars, and also increased sales in the retail network by approximately +6.5 million dollars (since about 72% of website visitors buy offline) and the total increase in revenue from sales amounted to 8.3 million dollars.

Marketing: For commercial search queries in organics, we have the Top 2 positions in Google among websites of women's medical centers in the local market of Kryvyi Rih and the Top 5 overall because, For some requests, we compete with marketplaces and platforms. As a result, 1.2-1.5 thousand organic traffic per month. From targeting in Facebook and Instagram - cost per lead (CPL) $3.4-4.5 with ROMI - 445%. 3. 1 day required for website content filling.
