I’m the CEO of IVI Care, a fertility and family-building care company. I have a few companies, and this one is a daughter company for the project.

We had an idea that we wanted to develop for a few months.

Pixels provided custom software development services. Initially, we asked them to create an internal management software with a few functionalities. Pixels wrote down the functionality requirements and then designed the solution using InDesign and Adobe.
They developed a completely tailor-made solution from scratch using PHP.
What is the team composition?
We mainly worked with the CEO and the project manager. Additionally, we had two developers and a designer.
How did you come to work with Pixels?
One of our clients told us about Pixels. I contacted them, and they were down to work with us.

What is the status of the engagement?
The partnership started in January 2022. They delivered the version we wanted in February 2023, but we're still working with them.

We measured our success with the internal feedback from our team. They surveyed the group, and the team was happy.
How did Pixels perform from a project management standpoint?
We supervised the project with one of our project managers, but Pixels was very flexible, and their pricing was great. We spent more time on the project, but it was our fault because we added new things; we needed to ensure it was what we had in mind.
Pixels improved communication throughout the project, and we were happy about it. We used Microsoft Teams to communicate, and they managed the project using Jira.
