We recently worked with PROS Web Development to migrate our winery website from Squarespace to Shopify, and we couldn't be happier with the results! The team handled every aspect of the transition seamlessly, including theme selection and modifications, design implementation, custom page development, blog setup, and full eCommerce integration.

From the very beginning, PROS took the time to thoroughly review our requirements, ensuring they understood our needs and business goals. They also did an excellent job educating us on certain technical details we were not familiar with, helping us make informed decisions throughout the project.

We came to PROS in hope to increase engagement along with giving our website an overall makeover. PROS has exceeded our expectations. Their turnaround was efficient and they met all their deliverables within a timely matter. Within 4 weeks, PROS set up our google analytics, built out an entirely new website, increased our mobile speed, and increased our SEO.

Revenue increase. With all these deliverables met, we have instantly seen a revenue increase, transaction increase, eComm conversion increase, average session duration increase, page session increase, and a bounce rate decrease. We are very pleased.

PROS worked in a very organized matter. Within the 4 weeks we had a virtual call every week and communicated through a thread on WhatsApp. After every call the PROS team would send out a follow up of meeting notes within our WhatsApp thread along with a Timeline of when all tasks should be met.

This kept everyone organized and helped get all deliverables met in time. If I ever had a question the PROS team would get back to me within the same day.

We hired PROS for setting up a retail eCommerce Website using Magento. As a wholesale distributor in the Automotive aftermarket parts industry for the last 30 years supplying businesses with quality products we wanted to expand to retail sales and our goal was to create a unique customer experience to purchase Automotive aftermarket parts in Canada.

After shortlisting multiple web developers we decided that PROS was the best Magento expert. Deepak was instrumental in helping us figure out the best development options for our new eCommerce website.

We started off with explaining our industry and the complicated fitment options for our products and the design we had in mind. PROS started off with a design framework based on our vision. We then went through all the unique products and how to effectively display them on the site. PROS came up with fitment guide to search for our products via vehicle info, product categories and their attributes such as size, finish, style, bolt pattern, tire size etc. They created a year make model search function for consumers to use in order to display the best product suited for their vehicle. PROS added multiple functions such as filter and plus and minus sizing options. PROS added live inventory functionality and connected it to all our manufacturers or up to date information on inventory. PROS added multiple payment options as per our request and in cart features as well. PROS also setup our social media connections, google ad campaigns and adroll campaigns. They even designed landing pages and media ads.

We have 2 project managers and multiple developers working on our site and until today we have them working on our marketing and development of extra features and improvements on the site.

We have had over 6k users in one month since launch in Feb 2022. We have had over 120k impressions, thousands of page views and multiple orders. Customers are able to contact us via chat as well as contact forms. Pay by Paypal, credit card and have the options for payment plans thanks to PROS.

We have daily calls on Skype and utilize google docs as a way to communicate and schedule tasks. We get updates on tasks completed every week if not every day. We have a dedicated project manager that works with us to offer advice and help sort any issues or concerns.

We are impressed by the level of expertise on Magento and custom development work they did considering the complicated parts and the fitments associated with our products. We're also impressed with their work on marketing and design work for ads and landing pages.

We had some communication issues in the beginning due to the different time zones however they were quick to resolve this by having us discuss project requirements with an associate in our time zone.

The site has enabled me to make contact with family office investors who are notoriously private and difficult to reach. I have been able to close business with these investors who I otherwise would not have known.

I was impressed with their knowledge, the value of what I got for the price, and their flexibility to adapt as I wanted new features to be added to the site. My site was a custom build so there is nothing to compare it to. They were very helpful in providing ideas and helping to craft my vision.

Not off the top of my head. My project was probably not the easiest to deal with and they were easy to work with.
