Audit our website to see what needs to be optimized, redeveloped, and redesigned for better performance and conversion 

Develop the website in a CMS that is easier to manage internally 

Design and physical marketing materials for event marketing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Distilled fully developed a better running, simpler website that loaded faster and was SEO optimized and could better handle general AI inquiries. 

We also had more conversations due to some updates to the user experience that allowed potential customers to book appointments more easily.

Sprint-based project management done on Monday.com 

We were assigned a project manager and we chatted directly with our webflow developer. The CEO would discuss strategy and concepts when needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They consistently hit deadlines and provided analyses and strategic thinking that were far above their main tasks. They were adaptable to our needs, impressive quality of work. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Distilled Strategy could have done differently?

Some minor hiccups in the beginning related to expectations on what I needed to provide to get some work done but we fixed that pretty quickly.

Conducted end user research by interviewing our potential users. Served as a thought partner in determining user experience flows. Developed wireframes of all aspects of our software product. Designed polished UI for all wireframes. Developed click-able prototype of our product.

They successfully gathered the product requirements and needs directly from our advisors and potential customers. They figured out a compelling user experience that resonated with our potential customers. They developed fleshed out wireframes that got our potential customers excited.

Their project management was top notch. They were always on top of every agenda item. They were very communicative. They were even better than on time. They responded to every one of our needs quickly. They were AWESOME in every way.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They went above and beyond in getting back to us quickly about everything. Their attitude was very positive, consistently. They were a pleasure to work with, and they delivered high quality output. I couldn't have found a better company to work with. I keep hiring them for all of my design needs on an ad hoc basis, with no end in sight. I'm going to keep working with them whenever I have design needs. They're THE BEST!!

Nope. Distilled Strategy is the BEST!!!!!!!
