They have a great understanding of what's current and get things done very quickly compared to others. Also, a few months after completing the project, one of our APIs changed and caused a few issues with the app. Fueled fixed the issues for us at no extra charge, which was great.

It was difficult to get meetings with the project manager at first. Rather than weekly meetings, we could only meet every month, so small things like baby changes to the copy took much longer to do. That made the process very slow in the beginning. Eventually, Akash took over and put our weekly meetings back in place, which improved our speed enormously. Once the boss got involved, everything was done within 24 hours.
