Subsequently, many gatherings were scheduled to guarantee the developers understood the precise requirements. To demonstrate progress and gather input, regular meetings were held on a weekly or more frequent basis.Slack was a useful tool for communicating and staying informed about the project's various phases. Trello was used to track development, find holes, make additions, and modifications, and communicate with the developers in an organized manner. We were allowed to examine early versions of the website throughout time, and whenever we witnessed a new feature or interface modification, we promptly submitted input. This allowed us to stop working on something we felt was off course and to identify mistakes and misconceptions early on. We eventually became adept at utilizing the different tools, and we got to the point where we were comfortable with the direction things were going.The deliverables included the source code for the iOS and Android mobile applications, the website itself (which was created with Ruby on Rails on an Ubuntu server with Nginx and Puma) that was already connected through the domain name, and a GitHub repository containing the source code. How did they respond to your needs?It is a movable and flexible management style. We met weekly over Google Hangouts for town halls, as well as Slack, Trello and via email. We also utilized the 10 month period to get to know about the team more. At one point, when we hired an internal iOS developer, Origami Studio provided ongoing support and technical oversight to help that developer succeed.One of the biggest technical challenges was using the Google-provided WebRTC toolkit for iOS, which at the time was still relatively new. I had already spent a lot of money on it, so I decided to hire a professional team to redesign and develop the app from scratch. One of our key features is implementing an algorithm for evaluating people's health states as they begin the program and throughout the program. This ultimately yields an adherence score as a measure of success. Additionally, an advanced feature to support communication between our participants and facilitators.

There are many fitness apps currently available on the market. However, most of them require a paid subscription in order to use all of their features. There are some free fitness apps available, but they tend to be very basic and lack the functionality that users want and need. A calorie tracker that allows users to input the foods they have eaten and track their caloric intake
	A workout tracker that allows users to input their workouts and see their progress over time
	A challenges feature that allows users to complete challenges and earn rewards
	A social media feature that allows users to connect with friends and family and share their progress

Yes, we are seeing progress and success with the fitness app development project. Outcomes from the project thus far include: - 12% increase in daily active users - 20% increase in time spent on the app per day -23% increase in content engagement. These outcomes demonstrate that users are finding the app more useful and engaging, which is translating into better health outcomes. We are also seeing positive feedback from users in terms of the app's impact on their fitness routines.

A smart setup was created which catered to three basic stakeholders: the management system, the drivers and the passengers by introducing advanced cognitive capabilities replicating the original processes and making minute to minute driver monitoring and real time fleet tracking possible.Team Origami developed a web-based interface in Laravel PHP, Node JS and MySQL while both Android and iOS applications were designed in React Native.
 
This admin portal dashboard provided functionality to manage vehicle allocation, creation of better routes and stops and assignment of drivers respectively. It facilitated in regulating the daily timesheets for drivers and overall fleet management. The live tracking dashboard also enabled the management to track their vehicles and drivers in real time.
 
The drivers could easily do check-ins at the time of starting their everyday commute. The check-in then delivered their schedule for the day with details about which routes to take and which stops to make. It also helped in keeping tabs on oil checks and overall vehicle maintenance directly linked with the web management system.
 
Passengers could identify current locations of stops, check in at those stops to be picked from the nearest approaching vehicle and enjoy seamless commute to work on a daily basis. Moreover, Google Maps APIs were extensively used and GPS coordinates were utilized to ensure constant driver monitoring and fleet tracking in real time.
