Our product suite comes with built-in tools for effective webstore management, regardless of business model (B2C or B2B). We initially worked with Origami to speed up our development process. But our collaboration eventually led us to develop advanced cloud-based components.

I can share a few components that they developed for our SaaS product: multistore management, drag-and-drop content builder, loyalty and reporting dashboards for analytics. The system has been tested by our 5 business clients helpng them manage a collective monthly sales of $1.2M.

When we started to work with Origami Studios, we had four mobile applications for both Android and iOS. We decided that the best way forward is by merging these apps into a single code base which would allow us to create next-generation user experiences in terms of look & feel. The team at Origami Studios has been a breath of fresh air. They’ve taken our prototypes and designs to our users with great results, which we never got from the in-house team before! I'm so grateful for their understanding in this industry as well because it's hard finding someone who gets what you're trying to do or how your business works on every level.

They delivered a phenomenal product loved by our internal and external stakeholders. The app has some minor glitches in the pilot phase that were resolved in a few days' time. Currently, the app is being used by 2500+ users and meets our desired goals. Our sales have increased by 37% and customer response time is improved by 200% or more.

We have a working prototype of the Android app which will be ready to be deployed by next week. The iOS app still needs some work and their team is working on it. But as far as the performance goes, we’re happy to see how it turned out.

We used Trello for communication. We also scheduled meetings often, 2-3 times a week mostly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to check the progress of the project. Their team was flexible with their schedule.

Their response is very quick! Most of the time, we heard back from them in less than 10 hours which is very impressive. They have never kept us waiting in meetings and have always proactively sent project updates.

The beta version of the app received great feedback from its users. More than 90% users found the app ‘user-friendly’. It is seamless, high-performing and snappy.

They were very good at communication. They not only shared regular updates but also trained us from time to time. We mostly relied on Microsoft teams for communication - they sent us recordings of each meeting so others who missed out can also view the meeting.

We are yet to deploy the new app. But we have tested it with beta users, and the feedback we have received is wonderful so far. The app is 40% faster and delivers a very good user experience all round. The new design is simple, elegant, and intuitive. We like the new app a lot more than the old one.
