The project was first discussed in the virtual workshops, where we decided on the changes, started to create a draft of the design, and created the roadmap of changes, considering our schedule and the amount of time needed to develop them. We talked about the product structure, and the Memory Squared team beautifully mixed our suggestions with their experience in this branch, creating a personalised look that reached our expectations. Another workshop was completely dedicated to user journey mapping, in which we heavily trusted the Memory Squared team’s familiarity with modern trends and strategies to make the process clean and smooth for our potential customers. Then, we cooperated with Memory Squared on the designs itself. The possibility of seeing real-time changes in Figma helped with the coordination, as we didn’t have to wait for the designers to send us their work – we could always open the tab and see them but also leave our real-time comments concerning the changes. The web platform and mobile versions were designed simultaneously, so we could see the differences between them and the impact of the changes. This level of collaboration ensured that our vision was accurately translated into a functional and visually appealing product. The iterative process of testing and feedback was invaluable, as it allowed us to refine the product continuously and address any issues promptly. Memory Squared’s team showed exceptional attention to detail, making the collaboration both productive and enjoyable.

We continually receive complements about our current application and how easy it is to use, which is as much a testament to iTechArt’s work as it is to our internal design work. iTechArt was able to turn around the additional build, and the only issues we had were related to the spotty internet. The application worked perfectly throughout the event, and we were able to increase our user base 3x over the course of 10 days. It’s hard to quantify their contribution exactly, as we’ve been going through a show-and-tell process for obtaining investment money. Much of the PR interest we’ve received has been based on the overall design, flow, and responsiveness of the app.
