They were great. The communication was mainly through Basecamp, but we had several Zoom calls and they included many videos where they went over the progress and updates. There were a couple of times when our team would get too busy and they really worked to accommodate us and make progress on other elements of the project, so that no time is wasted. We've worked with many vendors in the past - I think what makes them different is that they really listen. I particularly enjoyed my conversations with Rafael, where it felt like he understood the business and our customers and considered that in building our site. This really shows.
