An area open to improvement lies in assessing the unique needs of the target customer. People land on my website in an anxious state. They want to know that I understand their worry about their bird's health. It is imperative that the homepage swiftly establish trust, otherwise, they won't convert.
Recognizing the nature of websites catering to anxious pet bird owners, I opted for the integration of a Donald Miller storytelling approach.
