They took charge of developing the UX/UI for our video dashboard and meticulously examined our video playlist feature. Initially, we brainstormed a broad strategy that aligned with our vision, and actively engaged with our users to gather valuable feedback about their experiences with our product. This input was foundational in shaping the improvements we aimed to implement.

Figma software to reimagine our site from the ground up, honing in on the design of our dashboard and the efficiency of our user log-in flow. The project was fairly large and included several phases. Initially, we supplied Out Origin with an Excel wireframe defining the fundamental features we sought, as well as the requisite data. We entrusted them with the design, and they delivered a bespoke user interface that exceeded our expectations.

The development process began with a rudimentary version of the app, which aimed to assist installers in finding the appropriate connectors and tools for different jobs. We added additional features gradually as time went on. The following step included a capability to help inspectors validate electrical installations. We then included a feature that allowed users to quickly discover local sales agents. The final inclusion was a detailed tool catalogue.

Out Origin gave us with a beta version of the app for testing, and they were very responsive to our input, incorporating improvements quickly. We successfully launched the app for iOS and Android platforms and want to produce a Microsoft version in the future.

My Instagram followers have told me that they love how user-friendly my website was and the aesthetics as well.

We used a WhatsApp group as requested by me. In the group I had the manager, a designer and a developer who were all getting updates from each other on there and working in collaboration. They would respond too my queries and each others' queries within 15mins.
