Helium was very adaptive, and we ended up using spreadsheets for organization, which worked out really well. We’ve appreciated having regular communication with the team and the project manager. The designer was also very helpful. The web developers stayed in touch with us on Slack. We had access to our team 24/7. If we didn’t like something or had questions, I could write to them directly and receive feedback within a few hours. That allowed me to provide reports about the progress to my boss. Without that rapid communication from JatApp, my role wouldn’t be possible. Also, their developers were extremely helpful. We had no prior experience with development at all since our focus is on the business part. The people from JatApp took care of everything, even things like creating a task force for unit resources and setting up a server account. Those minor things would have taken me so long. I’m not sure if they charged us for those items or not, but they’ve made a very, very positive impression.
