Thanks to always having an open line of communication, the workflow between our teams was great. The frequent updates made it easy to see how the project was progressing and allowed us to quickly clarify or tweak details whenever needed. A lot of edge cases were considered and therefore pitfalls avoided. OTAKOYI really took the time to understand the project and create something complete. So often when dealing with third parties they just try to rush through the project doing the bare minimum to check all the boxes without making sure everything actually makes sense and fits together.

Every morning, we have an agile standup. If everything is fine, we talk about what’s being worked on. If there are issues, we continue to solve them together and stay on the call longer. We do brainstorming and question/answer based to deal with any questions they have regarding the requirements for technical implementation.
