They also handled UI implementation from Figma, ensured smooth performance across devices, and managed all build submissions for both App Store and Play Store. Key deliverables included: • Fully functional Flutter app built to spec • Firebase backend configuration and testing • Stripe payment integration and 7-day trial setup • Admin tools for managing subscriptions and users • Bug fixes and updates during testing and launch Communication was clear and consistent. The whole development team was responsive, proactive, and easy to work with—quickly addressing feedback and offering smart technical solutions.
