• Scope of Work: The project primarily involves IT product team staff augmentation to support, develop, and enhance various features of a specific software solution. The objective of this augmentation is to expedite the development cycle, ensuring the seamless integration of new features and improvements into the existing system. 
• Key Deliverables: 
• Integration Feature: Development and implementation of a plugin that will facilitate better synergy between email platforms and the CRM system. 
• Engagement Tool: Creation of daily summary notifications aimed at enhancing user interaction and driving up engagement rates. This feature ensures users are kept informed about relevant updates and key activities, fostering a more involved user base. 
• User Experience Enhancement: Focusing on refining the user interface and user experience, with the goal to streamline processes and eliminate any challenges or pain points. Particular emphasis was placed on simplifying the procedures for brokers when transferring insurance assets.

• User Engagement Growth: A significant outcome post-implementation has been the observed increase in user engagement. 

The enhancements made, especially the daily summary notifications and user experience improvements, played a pivotal role in driving this positive change. This rise in engagement indicates that the new features and improvements resonate well with the user base and are effectively serving their intended purpose.

Considering the nature of our engagement, which was primarily focused on IT staff augmentation, we did not employ their project management services. Thus, our evaluation of their performance is based on the technical competence and collaboration of the augmented staff rather than traditional project management metrics. 

• Timeliness of Deliverables: As we primarily leveraged their IT staff for augmentation purposes and did not engage with their project management services, the timeliness of deliverables was managed in-house. The augmented staff integrated seamlessly with our internal teams and adhered to our set timelines and delivery schedules. 
• Response to Our Needs: The augmented IT staff from their team showcased a high level of adaptability and responsiveness to our needs. The projects were related to the development of new software products, enhancing existing software products, and implementing new features in existing software products.
