CMS and item tracking system Image

CMS and item tracking system

Challenges: Prior to collaborating with Inoxoft, Jador suffered from frequent item losses that damaged its financial welfare. To fix the problem, the developers were asked to build a tracking system that would show the status and location of each item. Any manipulations with the goods: the process of receiving the ordered goods, their relocation within one shop or within the entire network - everything

required double verification for rising the personal responsibility of each employee. The system had to keep the history of each item and reflect the current status. Additionally, the administrator had to regulate the access levels for the other stuff representatives to change the data within the system. The client wanted to use the system as both the ground for tracking the manipulations with items as well as a tool for analyzing the demand.

Results: As the result, the client received the internal multifunctional accounting system that helps to:

  • Track the rotation of items within one shop and entire network

IoT Solution for Inventarization Image

IoT Solution for Inventarization

Challenges: As the client needed a dramatic drop in the time spent for inventorization, the items had to be marked with the distinctive code. Using a barcode was not an option as it required the direct line positioning which only prolonged the inventorization process. What could really work out well was the implementation of the passive RFID tags on each item. Due to the nature of the RFID, the inventorization

would take much less time as the RFID readers can read the RFID tags from the larger distance. However, the implementation of this idea had its own challenges. First of all, the speed of the RFID tags was too slow and required boosting. Secondly, the RFID readers sent the data they read from the RFID tags to the database that was later accessed by the users through their mobile phones.

Results:  The client received the improved and innovative inventorization process boosted by the implementation of the RFID tags, the mobile application that would show the stored data in a convenient format. As a majority of the IoT solutions, the inventorization application positively influenced the performance of the administrators.

Growing Competitive Advantage with Sport Tracking Application Image

Growing Competitive Advantage with Sport Tracking Application

    Challenges:

    • The main challenge of calculating the quantity of rows lied in the physical nature of the very row
    • Ideally, the mobile application had to react to the sharp moves of the rowers to count the quantity of raws. However, this task was complicated by the vertical and horizontal movement of the racing shell
    • Hence, the main challenge was to optimize the Math Model, which
would count the rows, to the very rowing process
  • The physical nature of rowing is difficult to calculate due to the simultaneous vertical and horizontal movement that causes the additional mathematical noises that change the statistics curve
  • Results: Eventually, the client received an application that records the essential rowing parameters and helps the rowing trainers adjust the movement to improve the sports performance.

The application boasts the following features:

    Fake GPS Image

    Fake GPS

Challenge: Our daily navigation patterns are influenced by numerous external factors such as the traffic jams, geological specificity, and proximity to the point of arrival. An application had to take all factors into consideration in order to build a believable movement pattern. Sometimes people are short of time and take a bus or a taxi to get to the point of destination. Meanwhile, in less occupied times,

he/she can have a short walk. The things go differently when a person needs to make a long way to a point B: here one can take different kinds of transport such as a taxi, a ferry, a bus, drive a private car, or just walk on foot. Another aspect requiring a further consideration is that people leave the house with a purpose spending different time periods in each premise. An application had to create a believable route with a logical sequence of geolocations visited by the person. The number of the visited routes within one city is limited. Google has an API that tracks up to 25 geolocations and the application required a larger number of points tracked by the program. When it comes to making a route, the proximity becomes a dubious aspect. For instance, the algorithm says that the distance from point A to point B is 200 meters but there is a river and a bridge so the person has to make a short en-route to get to the point B. Thus, the application had to read the map and take into account each geological peculiarity.

    Chargerpoint Image

    Chargerpoint

Challenge: An application had to make the navigation and booking of the charging points maximally convenient and quick. Ideally, an application had to deliver the booking data in a comprehensive way and additionally, the users had to be able to search for the closest charging point in no time. The main requirement of the client was to minimize the human intervention in the process so that the client could come

to the charging station and spend minimal time charging the vehicle. To make an idea come true, the Inoxoft specialists had to create an automated updating of the charger status showing whether the chargers are available or occupied. Then, the client has to check in the charging point and simply authorize, charge, and pay for charging.

Results: The Inoxoft’s application bridges the electrocar owners with the charging stations making their routine more convenient. Each user can effortlessly book a charging point and visit the favorite or the closest charging station in no time. The main features of the mobile application are as follows:

    • Proximity search for charging stations
    • Effortless and fast booking of the charging point

I can’t remember how we found them, but we searched for different companies and received various quotes. Their proposal seemed the most convincing.

How much have you invested with them?

    In total, we’ve spent $14,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with INOXOFT started in February 2019. The last project concluded in September 2019.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We judge their code quality, which meets our standards. We’re considering them for a future project.

How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?

From a project management standpoint, they’re great. Our project manager was dedicated and communicated well. We used Skype. She directly answered any questions we had, organized individual sprints, and planned ahead.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciated their reliability and responsiveness. Their overall communication process was also efficient. We were prepared on our side. We had concrete ideas and topics we wanted to emphasize. Their team implemented what we needed and spoke to us when needed. We didn’t waste a lot of time with unnecessary calls.

Are there any areas they could improve?

    No, everything was all good.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise others to work with them.

The client submitted this review online.

    BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

We design lovable brands that people love interacting with. I am a co-founder and creative lead. We have a small core team and work with a broad range of third parties who are best in class at what they do.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire INOXOFT?

We developed an employer branding campaign and a job listing website for a major player in the logistics market. INOXOFT was approached to develop the front and back end of the entire application.

What were your goals for this project?

We had a limited budget to work with and high demands in terms of quality for a fully responsive job-listing application with an advanced javascript front end but also great SEO. INOXOFT implemented a Next.js / React stack that does the job perfectly.

    SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We were already working with INOXOFT on a long term project together with a third-party investor. INOXOFT seemed a natural go-to vendor to involve in this project.

They were able to come up with a roadmap and budget that fit our expectations. As we already knew they would be able to deliver quality-wise, the decision was easy to make.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They proposed the full application stack and they identified certain risks within the project, based on our textual documentation and Adobe XD prototype. To combine a modern front end with good crawlability by search engines, Next.js + React were chosen to create the front end.

For the backend, headless CMS Contentful was used. This provided lightning fast deliverability of textual content as wel as media, and great scalability in terms of performance.

Additional services to piece everything together were found in Uploadcare to manage secure uploads, Atlas Mongo for minor data storage, and Heroku for Node.js cloud hosting.

    What was the team composition?

The team consisted of a project lead, two QA staff, and two developers. The scope of the team did not change.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our client has invested in a solution that allows them to recruit new talent without the need for third-party recruiters. This is a great cost-efficient solution that yields them more freedom and power in their recruitment efforts. They are now on track of achieving their goal to hire a great number of additional staff within a foreseeable time frame.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We'd have a weekly Hangouts call with the project lead to sync up, and in addition, INOXOFT set up a separate Slack workspace with our team and all of their developers to quickly address questions and issues.

On occasion, e-mails were sent to address more complicated matters. Everyone involved at INOXOFT was proficient in English.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We appreciated their flexibility and their obvious joy in helping us solve our problems and challenges. Especially this joy is something that other vendors sometimes lack. In the end, everyone wants to have a good time and enjoy their jobs, no matter how serious. A smile every now and then is priceless.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Little room for improvement! If I had to mention anything, a more visual approach to the roadmap would make things even clearer.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of AppliedGroup Nordic. We’re a tech startup based in Sweden.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?

I had an innovative idea for a product that would change how customer loyalty programs are used in the retail space, but I didn’t have the technical experience or a roadmap to bring it to life.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I provided INOXOFT with a detailed description of my idea and some mockups. After reviewing the documentation, they came back with a draft for the solution. We collaborated from start to finish, working iteratively off of their team’s initial plan. It’s a white label product that is integrated with Magento. We’re still engaged with INOXOFT for support.

    What is the team composition?

We started with a team of four, and it’s since grown to 12. I’m primarily in contact with the CEO and tech lead.

How did you come to work with INOXOFT?

We explored the Ukrainian development market. I was looking for a vendor with a senior engineer that had proven experience with Magento and Azure technology. INOXSOFT fit the criteria we were looking for in a partner.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $2 million with INOXOFT.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2017, and it’s an ongoing project.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

INOXOFT is very knowledgeable in terms of technical skills and business intelligence systems, which helps them deliver high-quality work. We just released the solution in September, and we’ve been growing ever since. Investors see value in the product. They thoroughly reviewed our technical elements and decided to invest, which speaks to INOXOFT’s work.

How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?

Early on, we realized we had different expectations in terms of project management. Over the first few months of the engagement, we found common ground and solved our problems. We’ve been working together at a professional level ever since.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Unlike some large enterprises, INOXOFT can manage an agile workflow. We collaborate closely, which is very helpful for someone with minimal technical experience like myself. They basically took the role at CTO in my company and helped us solve some complex issues.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Our main issue was getting on the same page regarding project management.

    Any advice for potential customers?

I traveled to Ukraine and worked with their team for a week each month during the bulk of the project. This way, I felt like I was part of their team and we had a strong relationship. I had a deep understanding of how they work, which I think benefited the results.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CTO of Bos-Dimex (NASDAQ:BOSC). We're a warehouse and logistics integrator that works in artificial intelligence (AI), identification data collection, and the industrial IoT.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?

    We needed development help.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started working on applications, but we’ve since shifted into cloud services. They normally work with Java for Android, Python for web, ASP.NET, and WPS. Our first project was an Android application for stock taking, which we later implanted into our site.

We then moved to an asset tracking application and, after that, to another web app that creates profiles for customers and asset management. Currently, we’re building an IoT control system that handle’s a factory’s RFID system. It records and manipulates their data so it can be utilized by their ERP solution.

    What is the team composition?

I work with one designer, 4–5 developers, a QA resource, and a project manager. If it’s a big project, I'll go through the specs with their CEO before going deeper with the software people.

How did you come to work with INOXOFT?

I found them online when I needed to build a small Android application. I’d been working with a few companies in Ukraine and Russia, but I wanted to find a different outsourced team. INOXOFT turned out to be better than my other partners, so I continued working with them.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent over $1 million so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since 2013.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

At the beginning of our current project, they weren’t familiar with RFID technology. One of the Android developers visited me in Israel to learn about the hardware, but we were still skeptical they could handle the project. However, they delivered the project two and a half years ago and it’s still running great. Whenever they work with us, it’s like their working on their own project; they’re a true partner.

How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?

They didn’t handle project management until two years ago when they assigned a project manager. Since then, they’ve worked with a good deal of order. We work in sprints and use either Jira or Assembla, depending on the project. These tools make everything much clearer than it used to be; I know exactly how many hours I spend on each scope I give them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They deliver what they promise, and I can’t say that about other companies I’ve worked with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They ought to approve specific schedules. They might tell you something will be done in two weeks to satisfy you, but it’ll take three weeks. However, they work like crazy and at night to deliver. It might take them time to start a project, but after they’ve started, they run fast.

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the founder and CEO of a knowledge management platform that helps customer service teams improve their ability to handle call volume and reduce call escalations.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Inoxoft?

We were lacking the capacity to manage our complex technology, and we wanted to scale the business.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Inoxoft acts as an extension of our development team, providing both frontend and backend support. They've worked on various integrations, including extensions of products into other platforms, using technologies such as JavaScript.

    What is the team composition?

We work with about six or seven people, including a project manager and various developers.

How did you come to work with Inoxoft?

We met them in person while we were visiting Eastern Europe. After speaking with their team, we felt they were very passionate, open-minded, and flexible, which is hard to find in traditional relationships with developers.

How much have you invested with them?

    We've invested between $450,000–$500,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working together since around February 2016 and the relationship is ongoing.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Inoxoft has helped us get to market faster, allowing us fo fill product gaps more easily. Their efforts have definitely had a positive impact on our ability to satisfy customer needs.

How did Inoxoft perform from a project management standpoint?

They've pretty much taken a leadership role, acting almost as their own department within our integration team. They're able to manage their workload with minimal oversight, which saves us a lot of time. They're also good about staying in touch through Jira and Slack and checking in on a weekly basis.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're self-starters. Not only do they operate with a great deal of leadership, but they also bring a lot of innovation and flexibility to the table. They're incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. I've even been able to reach them at odd hours. The value they place on building and maintaining a long-term partnership sets them apart.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. The feedback I've heard from others who work directly with their team has been very positive.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

We are an Israeli startup working on motion recognition technology. We use machine- and deep-learning components to analyze people’s speech and detect what emotions they feel during a particular period. Our products, solutions, and services are based on this idea. I led our Ukrainian office for a time, and am currently a senior manager of the organization.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?

We work with them to develop products and services based on our main idea and technology. We’ve developed machine- and deep-learning technology, and needed to develop internal tools and external solutions.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

INOXOFT has developed our cloud solution using Microsoft Azure and ASP.NET, and frontend using AngularJS. They also developed Android and iOS applications for different products and services we offer.

We needed to make our machine learning component more efficient. We needed a tool that would allow us to feed different types of data to the machine learning engine, making it more accurate and faster.

We had a team that analyzed voice recordings and determined which emotions were being experienced at different times. INOXOFT has developed an internal software tool that allows us to upload voice recordings and track the emotions displayed in them. Our own employees use the tool. It was developed as a cloud solution with an Azure backend.

We needed to promote our offerings during an event, and had the idea of creating an Android application. The app tracks phone conversations, calculates trends, and provides statistics such as how happy the user was during a call.

They've also developed an Android and iOS cloud application for hospitals. Prior to attending an appointment, patients can log into the application and answer some questions through text and voice recording. Based on that, we can give doctors predictions and analyses about what was happening with the patient.

    What is the team composition?

We started by using a couple of resources from their team. We use them as needed. In total, we’ve used 10–12 developers, QA testers, and managers from their team.

I work directly with one or two managers from INOXOFT, depending on how much ongoing work we have. They led the teams from their side.

How did you come to work with INOXOFT?

One of our Ukrainian employees recommended the team after we asked for referrals. I got in touch with INOXOFT and discussed what they were offering. I decided to have a trial, using one or two developers from their team to create a small portion of an internal tool. I was very happy with their quality, delivery, and communication, so we started to expand the team and do more things.

I evaluated 10–12 different vendors in total, evaluating their teams and costs. I had multiple interviews, and INOXOFT gave us a very good cost/value proposal.

How much have you invested with them?

We have spent around $450,000–$500,000 on their services. We’ve had a large team for around three years.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with INOXOFT around three years ago.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The internal tools we’ve developed with them work well. We have significantly improved the quality of the machine learning engine. It also gives us a way of tracking employees and improving their performance. The UX is pretty good, and the application works smoothly. We and our employees are happy with the results. This confirms that INOXOFT performed well.

How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication is quite clear, and the managers I’ve worked with are responsive. I can communicate with someone whenever I need something urgently need or want a report.

I've visited them on a couple of occasions to ensure that we're in sync regarding our roadmap. This has worked very well.

Their managers do a good job and go the extra mile. I didn't expect them to work on the product itself as much, and provide some level of business analysis. They give us feedback and ideas for improving the product. They've persuaded me to choose a different approach on a couple of occasions. They don't just do what I say, but also bring their ideas to the table.

We haven’t had significant delays. We've deviated from the roadmap a little, but they work hard to deliver.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their management, responsiveness, communication, commitment, and work quality are all very good. They work hard to ensure that we meet our deadlines.

Internal employees evaluate the work, and we perform code reviews from time to time. They don't switch from senior to junior resources like many in the industry do. The quality stays at the same level. They're honest and transparent, which I like a lot.

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re a development company specializing in mobile apps and websites. We develop our own products. I’m the head of the mobile department and am in charge of anything related to mobile, including app development and promotion.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?

We were building two apps, one for Android and one for iOS, as well as an admin panel.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I had an initial conversation with one of their members in Israel. He understood all my needs right away. We then used a combination of three technologies, including Google Firebase and third-party analytics. We exported those to Xcode for iOS, and then to Android.

    What is the team composition?

I’m working with a few members of their team. My main contacts are a coordinator and a marketing person.

How did you come to work with INOXOFT?

I did online research and contacted 10 companies for quotes. INOXOFT wasn’t the cheapest option—they actually had the highest offer overall—but they made the best impression. They were the only ones who understood my needs from day one. The rest of the companies proposed to deliver in two weeks, which was far too little time for a product like this. INOXOFT said that it would take two and a half months and they stuck to that deadline. There was a lot of work involved, so it was impossible to do it in less time.

How much have you invested with them?

The cost of their work was more or less $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started talking to them around six months ago in October or November 2017. It took us two months to build a common reference and begin working better. The project went live two weeks ago. The app was finished a month and a half ago, after which we made a few upgrades. We are still working with them on improvements and new features for upcoming versions.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had a set timeline for building everything. It was easy to follow their work and determine whether they were keeping the timeline, which they did.

How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed well. Their coordinator was always in charge and making sure everything was working well. I received regular updates, including on weekends.

They helped me come up with things I hadn’t thought about before. It was nice working with them—they’re a professional team. We had some last-minute changes, but they didn’t charge us more.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They know how to listen and can offer better solutions than we thought of. I gave them a set of requirements, which they improved by choosing different options. They understood all our needs and made sure we got them eventually.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’ve worked with a few bad companies in the past so I was expecting the worst. Our collaboration was very good. The fact that I am still working with them confirms this.

INOXOFT assisted with the on time delivery of a product that met expectations. Excellent communicators, they provided regular status reports throughout the engagement and quickly grasped the project’s concept.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm with Computer FX, a small consulting firm that helps local businesses with their technology needs.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?

We needed to upgrade and modify a dispatching application for a local company.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The company had a Microsoft Access database which we incorporated into a modern application. For the first phase of the project, we modified the existing system to get it up and running on a stable platform.

For the second version, we used Microsoft Azure to create a new framework for an online app that made the system compatible with mobile devices and enabled remote usage. We also applied responsive design to ensure it could be used by multiple devices. From here, we added additional features, including a calendar and status updates from technicians in the field.

INOXOFT also provided minor tweaks to the frontend design to make it more mobile friendly and upgraded the .NET framework using Twitter Bootstrap.

    What is the team composition?

I worked with the same project manager throughout the project. We were assigned two or three developers.

How did you come to work with INOXOFT?

I had worked with their project manager years ago when he was with another company. When this assignment came up, I reached out to him, found he was working for INOXOFT, and decided to hire them.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent just over $50,000 in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

The bulk of the project occurred between November 2016–December 2017. Since launch, we’ve made a few tweaks to the application and we have plans to add new features over the next year.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Because of their responsiveness, we were able to stay on task and deliver the product on time and to our client’s specifications. They also helped us install additional features based on industry best practices and standards.

How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?

This was one of their greatest strengths. Clear communicators, they met all of our expectations and took the time to ensure the job was done right. We spoke via email and Skype on a weekly basis, and they also used scrum software to provide weekly progress reports to keep us updated every step of the way.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a team of 30-50 people. Because of this range of expertise, they were able to grasp concepts quickly, meaning we didn’t have to spend a lot of time explaining the project goals.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everything went very smoothly, so I don't have anything negative to say at this time.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be open with them, as they’re excellent communicators. They’re experts in their field, so feel free to rely on their experience.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the director of Arclight Projects in South Africa and we make electronic instruments.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?

We wanted to design the customer-facing portion of an electronic instrument. We have in-house software developers; however, they do not specialize in user-interface design.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

INOXOFT designed a UI with inVision to match the look and feel of the electronic instrument that we made. From start to finish, they delivered the UI within a few weeks. They created wireframe mockups, responded to feedback and designed a final interface.

    What is the team composition?

We worked with three guys. Bohdan Pavlyshenko was the main guy we worked with and he was the Chief Delivery Officer. We also worked with Liubomyr [Pohreliuk], the CEO, and a graphic designer.

How did you come to work with INOXOFT?

I looked up UI developers on Google and came across their reviews on Clutch.co.

How much have you invested with them?

This project was $2,300. The development of the interface will be a further eight or nine thousand dollars.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first contacted them in September of this year and started working with them the next month. They completed the user interface four weeks ago.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t presented the design to the public yet. However, the people we have shown it to really liked it. It is slick and matches the elegant design of the instrument.

How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication with INOXOFT was always open and I never felt like I was out of the loop. They presented their daily progress with an online collaboration portal. We could comment on different areas of the design and they would respond to our suggestions quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

For the price I was charged, the product was of good quality and the level of professionalism was impressive.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

    BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the founder of a company in Sweden. We have about five employees. We work in the marketing of residential projects, mostly in 3D animation and 3D configurations on the web.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?

We don't have web competence in our company. We needed somebody to help us create new web programming projects for our clients.

    SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

INOXOFT developed several different templates and new functionalities for us in WordPress. For example, users that visit our website can view a multi-family house or select a singular apartment and will receive all of the information of that apartment.

    What is the team dynamic?

I primarily worked with Liubomyr [CEO, INOXOFT]. There was also one developer and one project manager.

How did you come to work with INOXOFT?

This is our second project with INOXOFT. Their expertise in web development was the key factor which is why I wanted to work with them again.

How much have you invested with them?

    We've spent about $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

    The project lasted one month.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven't launched the website yet. So far, it's good, although it's hard to say if it's better than our last website.

How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?

It was really good. There were no problems. We are happy with their work. We communicated via email and phone. They used GitHub for the code and for handling different versions.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It was important that we got things we wanted. They were very good at following their timelines. There were no problems throughout the process. We are very happy to work with them again.

Are there any areas they could improve?

    No.
