We are working with clients all over the world providing IT services. I found the company in 2014 in Spain and manage our team and clients.

The most important factor is reliability - with the professional processes and help of the entire team of Orion we were able to gain trust. They've proven their professionalism and experience, which is why we've strengthened the collaboration year by year.

We provide several services like IT consulting to our customers. We had different fields of needs: Devops, web development, etc.also we needed maintenance and new creation of apps. Orion understood the agile Workflows and also the needs of our clients while we consulted them. They are a perfect add on to our own staff and make our service more complete.

The workaround was usually smooth and the workflow quick which helped us and our clients to deliver in a decent timeframe.

Best practice, daily scrum calls, use of the general tools such as git, azure Devops, JIRA etc. We received DSR at EOD etc

Escalations were handled directly and promptly. We liked the way we found understanding!

A little more adjustment of working hours where needed In terms of clients in the different time zones.

We were searching for an agency that could help us meet these requirements as well as provide stable resources. I spoke to the company's founders and was impressed with their approach, experience and dedication for the project.

Orion provided us with the required skill set and experience we wanted for the project. The project was kicked off with an initial knowledge transfer and discussion round. It was later followed by architecture design and planning. All through the various stages, the Orion team provided us with the required support and resources to assure us for project delivery.

We conducted multiple rounds of verbal and coding interviews with the resources. The first stage was the screening process, where we analyzed the resumes of the resources. After that hands on coding rounds were conducted the assess the developers coding abilities. This was finally followed by technical interview rounds to do the final selection.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

With Orion team support, we could launch the project as per the timeline given. The team worked extra hard and even worked long hours and weekends to complete the delivery on time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Even though their developers were remote, they became a part of our team. They adapted quickly to our 2-week sprints, and we had daily stand-ups via Skype.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provided high-level developers at a cost-effective price. I also appreciated that they were proactive about suggesting solutions to challenges. They also worked hard and put in extra time to meet the milestones.

We have suggested to the company to expand its technology skillset offerings to wider areas.

We are now able to provide 99.8% of uptime to our customers. They successfully helped recover from two ransomware attacks.

For basic inquiry we communicate via skype and they are very prompt on response. For larger project and critical issues, we use their ticketing system.
