We had nothing but the fondest regards and greatest respect for Xact. They were able to spot trends and warn us of potential problems before they became significant issues. We’ve contracted larger companies for the same service and have never been as satisfied as we were with Xact Telesolutions.

Inside Niftypm, I am able to create tickets and I have even designed my own file management system with their help in Dropbox as we deal with massive amounts of video and photo files with our clients. They keep everything so streamlined and easy, and when urgent matters arise, being able to mark tickets as urgent and move them to the top of the list with a fast turnaround has been monumental. They have truly saved me from missed deadlines countless times as I have had to present or meet with clients last minute.
