The scope of work included: Domain and inbox setup at scale with proper warming and deliverability management. Full technical infrastructure buildout (DNS records, tracking, and sending limits configured). End-to-end cold email copywriting and sequencing, with ongoing A/B testing of subject lines, angles, and CTAs. Development of targeting lists and workflows to consistently reach the right prospects. Ongoing performance monitoring and adjustments to maintain strong deliverability and reply rates. Key deliverables: A complete outbound infrastructure capable of sending thousands of emails per day. Fully written and tested cold email campaigns ready to deploy. Systems to track deliverability, responses, and booked meetings. Clear documentation of the process and how to continue scaling. The project was handled start to finish by their team, and everything was delivered properly, with long-term sustainability built in.

ProfitPath Growth Partners built out a full cold email infrastructure and helped us reach thousands of prospects at scale. We started having booked qualified meetings almost daily. Throughout the engagement, we booked over 100 calls and identified revenue opportunities that had been previously unattainable for months. The system was stable and repeatable, freeing us to focus on running the business instead of fighting email delivery.

They helped us better understand how to effectively target our ICP, the correct tech stack to use to get in their inbox, and how to craft email copy that would resonate with our ICP.They also helped us with the backend process to then convert those leads into meetings.
