We were looking at a variety of virtual assistant programs however what made us choose Wing was the fact that their talent had specific marketing experience. Being able to speak the same language, so to say, as our marketing assistant was incredibly important for us.

We knew we had a need to get outsourced help. We had taken a few steps over the years to try and identify the right virtual assistant for us but nothing ever seemed to be the right fit. After speaking with the team at Wing and learning more about their process it became clear this was the company we should go with. They felt like a right fit from the start.

We worked with 3 different people from Wing to get started. I had a few onboarding calls with various client relationships managers and I also work directly with my virtual assistant.

We have a form on our site that tech startup founders can submit to us, which we receive via email. Our Wing Assistant teammate reviews and inputs all that information into our CRM to ensure the data is complete. If the data isn’t complete, they research to provide the missing data. 

Additionally, Wing Assistant does research for our fund about investors and portfolio managers that might be interesting to us.

Wing Assistant’s work helps increase our efficiency. Their data entry and research enable me to review our deal pipelines consistently and quickly. As a result, one of my colleagues and I have saved many hours every week.

The team is very efficient, delivers on time, and is always flexible and accessible about adjusting to our priorities. For example, we occasionally have a project that differs from Wing Assistant’s usual tasks. Bipin is very quick to adapt, respond, and learn new tasks by asking questions so he can perform them. 

We have continuous contact with Wing Assistant during the day over Slack.

Bipin is highly accessible, approachable, and prompt. He lets me know when he starts his shift every morning and provides updates during the day.

I’ve already given Wing Assistant feedback on how many points of contact there are from an account management perspective.

Lay out the expectations and needs clearly. Have step-by-step guidance and documentation for what the task is. If the task is challenging, walk Wing Assistant through it to make sure the team understands it.

Working with the Wing has been allowing us to focus our time on strategic tasks instead of data entry. It's been saving us a lot of valuable time and giving us a lot of brainspace knowing this task was running by itself and always completed timely.

We had video calls at the start of each new stream to make sure the team was fully briefed and had the opportunity to ask questions. The we used Slack on a day to day basis for questions and troubleshooting. It's been very smooth and efficient,.
