We completely outsourced the entire inside sales process to Beyond Codes. We didn't manage it. Beyond Codes came up with entire process, call flow, question bank, content, marketing material etc. They did a great job. I can't think of any. But something they might want to consider is to get into Management and Business consulting. They have great experience in this domain now. They should provide premium and senior consultants to work side by side with CEO's to create business growth roadmap and consulting.
