On a limited budget, we received more than expected. Overall work was satisfactory and completed within assigned deadlines .

We were looking for BPO service providers to manage our Inbound calls and we hired Funel for that purpose. Initially we routed 30-40 calls per day during first two months.
Once we evaluated the work quality we were highly impressed with the quality of work delivered and we outsourced 20% of the total call volume. They have provided excellent service. Call drop rate was under 5% and that’s a good score with 4 agents.

Once we started the projected we provided training to Funel team. They learned everything about the process in 5 days including CRM Part. They are quick learners and within 5 days we were ready to Go live.
They handled 30-40 calls a day and provided excellent service to our clients. Overall NPS score was better and AHT was also under control. The quality of daily reports was outstanding. All of our suggestions for improvement were treated with the same urgency and commitment.

Coordination between our team and their team was great. Every day manger was reporting to us with daily updates and weekly. we used to have one Conference call to set new goals. I am impressed that they have never missed our deadlines despite COVID19 problem. They were punctual, and the communications was very clear and concise.

Phenomenal job! The process was very smooth and the communication was great from start to finish. The reports were very detailed and it helped us to retain many clients and follow up was easy for us. Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The outcome of this project was beyond our expectations. We didn’t expect it to go so well. They really worked hard for this project and I do appreciate the efforts. They helped our brand to grow the way we wanted.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They coordinated with our sales team and marketing team. They attended all meeting through video conference and they have Solid oral and written communication skills.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They followed the best practices for social marketing and performed all related duties and tasks as assigned. Funel team members have Excellent organizational skills. The person who was deposed on the task followed multitasking approach which reduced our work load.

90% of the time they achieved the targets set by our team. The project was successful as we managed to convert many clients from the appointments. We do highly recommend them for cold calling

It was excelled. They have all channels of support like email, phone as well as chat. We never had any issue to get in touch with them.

The experience was fantastic! When we started the project we received consulting call after discussion they started the work and showed weekly progress. They modified the design as per our instructions. In the end we received a perfect product to represent our Brand.

They have all ways to contact. They responded to our questions on time. We communicated through slack and when ever there was any query they used to contact us and clarify the doubt.
