I am the owner of a company that offers a unique product for new apartment/ condo buildings. Our target audience is high level architects, real estate developers and real estate managers.

We were trying to figure out how to utilize the data that we knew was "out there" to reach high level prospects. We really didnt know exactly *what* we were looking for, other than we wanted to generate more leads with minimal effort on our part.

We found a few companies that seemed like they had the knowledge base to create and implement a plan for a cold email campaign. After interviewing, Before Hello's enthusiasm, professionalism and confidence in their level of performance and ability to deliver results was clear.

During initial meetings Before Hello took the time to really understand our business, what we are selling, who our target audience is and what the natural flow of conversation with a sales prospect sounds like. They first created a high quality database of qualified prospects in a very niche market. They then meticulously reviewed typical emails we would send and then based on that drafted a sequence of cold emails to the point of setting the appointment.

To engage the prospect, there was an amazing level of personalization to the emails (not just their name/ company)- prospects assumed I had spent time researching them specifically and were very responsive to emails. Everything was set up in a CRM and the process was seamless.

I worked directly with Oleksandr. He has a team supporting him behind the scenes.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I cannot say enough about Before Hello. We have had to pause the campaign several times because we simply cannot keep up with the leads their work is generating. They have exceeded our expectations and delivered more than promised.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have at least weekly meetings with Oleksandr, sometimes twice a week if needed. He is always on time and prepared. All work has met or exceeded promised deadlines. We have regular communication via online chat and responses are always timely. As we brought on a new sales person Oleksandr trained him on our system and patiently answered all of our questions. We feel very much like Oleksandr and Before Hello are truly a seamless part of our team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Before Hello has taken on the work of multiple staff and made cold outreach effective, affordable and efficient. Oleksandr's enthusiasm and passion for his work comes through at every meeting. They are organized, deliver all work on time as promised and are available when needed despite vastly different time zones.

Absolutely nothing.

They delivered 30 interested prospects to us as promised. We started receiving more interested customers. Combined with our sales efforts, we’ve converted some into contracts, while other leads remain in negotiation. Our ROI just keeps growing.

At first, I was skeptical of the email templates, but that campaign turned out to be really effective and I achieved the promised results. Once the campaign started, I heard from interested customers in my inbox. I was really impressed with how quickly they generated the purchased number of leads.

The sales opportunities they gave us were converted to wins. Those deals grew during our cooperation and represented an exponential increase in revenue gained.

Before Hello was tasked with building a list of target prospects, complete with information about each prospect’s company, location, and contact information. The team first researched companies looking to hire software developers in the US and Europe and built a list. They included information about each company’s name, website address, location, size, and open vacancy. They also identified the decision makers at each company—which were often the CEO or CTO—and created a database of information on each prospect.

We also wanted Before Hello to set up and maintain an automated email campaign to schedule appointments. The team also designed templates for email sequences and then ran those campaigns. All interested leads were forwarded to my inbox.

We’ve seen a significant ROI. During the first two months of cooperation, they scheduled 30+ appointments with desired prospects that lead to four closed deals. By taking care of the entire outbound lead generation processes, our sales team can finally concentrate on sales and not prospecting.
