Our cooperation began with the onboarding phase, which involved several discovery calls, including ICP development, a LinkedIn profile audit, and content interviews. The next stage was strategy development, during which we finalized the content plan and target contact lists, along with outreach scripts provided by Addlium's content and lead gen teams. Then, operational tasks such as content creation, posting, and network expansion commenced. 

Currently, we have regular monthly status meetings where we receive detailed reports and adjust our strategies accordingly. Apart from LinkedIn content marketing, Addlium assists us in creating content for our website as well as external resources.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The first measurable metrics that come to my mind are:

• 53% increase in profile views
• 30% increase in search appearances
• 200+ new target connections 
• Our general organic reach on LinkedIn also grew.

Project management is certainly one of their strong suits. We have a dedicated account manager who facilitates communication between us and their internal team. Additionally, the heads of the Content and Lead Gen departments actively participate in operational communication. Before any content or lead gen activity goes live, it is always pre-agreed upon with us.
