At first, we developed a landing page for our company. All the processes were held on Addliums's side: from mock-up and design to implementation of technical features (as email forms etc).

Simultaneously with the content for the website, Addlium's content team started to work on our LinkedIn content stretegy. They provided us with full content support - texts, visuals and posting. Also, they run paid promotions, which helped a lot with content delivery to the target audience on LinkedIn. Moreover, Addlium specialists generated articles for our website blog.

There was one responsible person - Project Manager, and a team of content specialists for operational tasks.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Due to the work of Addlium team we managed to drive traffic to our website and LinkedIn page and get a number of inbound leads. The website completely corresponds to our expectations. Unfortunately, we paused our cooperation due to the crisis caused by russian invasion in Ukraine, but are looking forward to resume our activities with Addlium as soon as possible.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We regularly communicated via Google Meet for status meetings. For quick questions we used Telegram chat. It was a pleasure to work with the Addlum team.

Nothing unique in terms of digital tools, but I want to highlight a custom approach due to which the workflow was close to perfect.

Moreover, I got a comprehensive audit of my personal page and how it should be improved for better results from social selling. The other part ‒ lead generation ‒ covered all the tasks of the first sales stage. Addlium team collected contacts of our potential clients in Europe according to our ICP. Then the managers reached out with personalized messages on my behalf with an offer to cooperate. Additionally, we had a couple of consulting sessions on further lead processing.

Come Back Alive is one of the biggest Ukrainian foundations providing competent assistance to the military. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion in February 2022, we have multiplied our military assistance and supported the defenders of Ukraine, who have changed their everyday lives and joined the line of defense. The Foundation purchases equipment that helps save the lives of the military, including thermal imaging optics, quadcopters, cars, security, and intelligence systems. I am the Head of the Partnership Department, responsible for the growth of the organization’s potential, planning and implementing partnership projects, and defining joint strategic priorities for cooperation. The department includes such activities as fundraising, international cooperation, grant management, and creative projects.

In April 2022, a month and a half after the start of the full-scale invasion, Dmytro Suslov, the CEO of Addlium, contacted me, offering their services of building a personal brand and lead generation on LinkedIn for me as a Head of Partnerships of the foundation on a voluntary basis as a contribution to our common aims from their team. Shortly after they presented their action plan, we started our cooperation.

So our cooperation includes two directions: personal brand and outbound search for international partners on LinkedIn. Addlium team runs my LinkedIn page, previously authorizing all the content. It includes different kinds of posts: news, our projects, reports on fundraisings, values of the foundation, people of the foundation, analytics, etc. Simultaneously, they search for international funds and business representatives ready to donate reasonable sums and/or support the fund financially regularly.

I do not know precisely how many people work on the project. Still, I am mainly in touch with Anastasiia (she's responsible for the project delivery) and Dariia (she's responsible for lead generation processes), and we regularly speak with Dmytro. Our communication is regular. I receive brief weekly results from the PM via email. Notifications about new leads or call arrangements I also receive by email as soon as the Lead Generation Manager verifies a prospect. For quick communication, we use one of the popular messengers.
