This agency looked really good to us, as they are a HubSpot partner (which we use) and they had great examples of B2B content that they have produced for other clients, they had some good case studies.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The attention to detail was excellent, and they did stick to the deadline even though the eGuide became longer than planned. The layout and the email were great and ran well through HubSpot.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were happy with the way the project went, we used slack for general communication and we spoke on a very regular basis as we had to send over a lot of information for the eGuide.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team experience was really good, and they knew their way around HubSpot. The feedback from clients on our eGuide was also really positive.

Nothing to change.

I have worked for quite some time at Admiral Media and I know Justin and his team well. I had seen that they had success with their B2B podcast so I reached out to him directly for support.

We ran a strategy session on how we should go about setting up the podcast, and we were given all the relevant information we needed to know in order to get the cast started. The information we received from them was very detailed and the OKR’s for us were really well defined so that we can grow our business through great content.

We worked with the management team at Sales Source, including marketing & content specialists and head of strategy.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were great, as we were able to set up the B2B content strategy very quickly and get started working on our Podcast plan firstly inviting guests and producing the scripting required.

The communication and workflow was excellent, they helped us every step of the way, even helping us over calls to set up the podcast technology that would be required.

The depth of experience in the team and the attention to detail was just exceptional.

I think a more detailed play book could be great from them, we do appreciate the turnaround time, it was really fast.

We hired SalesSource undertake a fairly large scale LinkedIn outreach campaign in order to get more new business contacts and new meetings booked to promote our new advertising program.

We’ve worked with the team before and we have always had good experiences, so decided to work with them again for this new project where we wanted to promote this new service.

Firstly we scoped out a strategy for the campaign, based on who we would be targeting and what messages we would send out to them. We also looked in detail about the employee branding on the LinkedIn profile that we would use in order to undertake the outreach campaign.

What was the team composition?

The vendor's team was made up of two people. We worked with the Senior Business Development Manager and LinkedIn outreach specialist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome was great. We had a 50% acceptance rate on the outreach, and engaged in good conversations, we also booked a number of meetings from this and have extended the project.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We started really quickly which is exactly what we needed, the profile was rebranded to a really high quality and we ran the outreach campaign within a matter of days. The communication was also really good, we used slack to keep up to date.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Sometimes we work with vendors that have been slow or over complicate things. The SaleSource team is flexible and quick to react. Also, they have delivered results which is really important to us as a business.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

For this fast start project we are really happy, maybe more scripts could have been made, but other than that it was perfect!

It was a short consulting project that focussed on an audit across all our digital presence and B2B material. We then had consultations on how we could generate leads from in depth data sourcing, the production of letters to send to SME’s and the setting up of events and webinars.

We worked with Justin as our main consultant, as he had the most experience in this field.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had great results, and collected the data that we needed. In total we got access to 500 company contacts that we could then put into our direct marketing outreach and generate leads from people who were looking to download our eGuides and attend the webinars that we would set up.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was excellent, we got started on the project very quickly and had four in depth meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their experience and expertise are really good, they presented ideas that we had not heard of before and were able to help us integrate some Salesforce modules into our workflows.

We could have spend more time on content planning, but overall we are really really happy with the results.

I was recommended to speak to SalesSource by an old colleague. I spoke to 3 other sales focussed agencies and selected this company after some due diligence and checking case studies.

Firstly we started with a total audit to identify our target customers and personas. We then created a min-strategy and implemented HubSpot into our business. Then over a period of weeks the team reached out to people on LinkedIn and set up account based marketing email campaigns which provided really great results.

There were 2 people working on the project, including a sales account manager and a content marketeer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We set clearly defined goals and the team reached them. Mainly we needed to book meetings and contact select organisations including hospitals. We booked a number of meetings and demonstrations which enabled us to source data and help with future funding.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

SalesSource did the project management on their own and did a really good job at it. I provided high level details and the team translated those into actionable tasks with little to no oversight on my part. Communication was very smooth and they were very responsive. They used Slack to manage all communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have a brand new product going to market and we had to approach different sectors of the market. We were impressed by the way the agency split the audiences and booked meetings with different types of clients.

I am delighted with the results.

We needed SalesSource to help us with our digital marketing strategy and marketing automation projects. More specifically, we needed them to conduct a digital marketing analysis that would help us assess where we stand and how to move on from there, creating a digital marketing strategy. Overall, our main objective was to improve our online sales and set the foundations and clear structure for all of our future digital marketing campaigns.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were already familiar with some of SalesSource's team members, so we knew what we could expect from them from the get-go. All we needed to do at this point was to schedule calls where we could introduce them to our team and craft a mini-strategy to start the project more confidently.

Our work process contained a few strategy sessions where we assessed campaign objectives and what steps we should take. We laid out a detailed plan for each step there is to be made and set the time frame for it. We analyzed different target groups (both B2B and B2C) to assess what we need to do and offer to our customers for maximum results. To plan and execute the campaign in the best possible way we used a Miro board.

We worked with four people from their team: the Managing director, Strategy manager, Content Writer, and Digital marketing campaign manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We cannot share the detailed outcome of the campaign as we're currently gathering data from all departments. However, we already felt the impact of the strategy SalesSource provided, and all we can say is: brilliant.

We can say that working with SalesSource's team was very easy. Everything, from communication to execution was smooth, and we felt very confident that we choose the right vendor for this job. We particularly liked the regular feedback rounds we had with them, which allowed us to have a clear overview of the progress. Also, we appreciated the fact they took the time to meet us in person, which made us even more sure of their desire and motivation to get the job done right.

We are really in awe of the depth of their knowledge, the ability to ask difficult questions, take time to achieve better results, and focus on quality rather than quantity and short-term success.

We were able to increase our number of new leads, hone our pitch, and increase our conversion rate. We were simultaneously able to reduce the time we spend acquiring customers — which means more time billing!

Simplifying complexity. Building clean, automated customer acquisition strategies and implementing marketing strategies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

More on us than on them — some of our processes are antiquated, but changing would be too painful. Too locked in, at this point. We had to work with them to figure out how to segment out what to optimize and what to leave alone.
