The staff at Embark took the time to listen well, ask deep questions, and refine the product until it met our needs. Some items took longer than anticipated, but that was because of our complicated leadership structure and ensuring everyone felt heard and included in the process. It would have been easier and faster for Embark to just work with 1 or 2 staff members, but they honored our structure and were patient with us.
