Not everything was perfect, but their team did a good job of communicating when tasks weren’t going to be on time.
Carly, in particular, is very organized. Because we operate using Basecamp, very little is lost in our communication. All of our issues are addressed quickly. Nothing works on autopilot. You have to be present and communicative if you want this kind of an engagement to work.
Silverback Strategies’ communication was outstanding. They would hound me to set up calls, which I thought was great. We had a weekly phone calls and they used Basecamp to manage the project. They sent me regular reports and they'd walk me through every one. They were great about answering my questions and explaining things.
They're very communicative and responsive so we don’t need that extra layer. We have weekly calls, which they send an agenda before each call and then send out notes after with actionable items. They also use Basecamp to comment back and forth and share the spreadsheets we’re collaborating on. They're constantly available and willing to have open conversations. We always know exactly what everyone is working on at any time.
They're very collaborative and maintain an open line of communication. Their project management is probably the best I've seen compared to other vendors we've worked with. They're responsive, attentive to our needs, and thorough about taking notes and addressing our concerns. We mostly communicate by phone and email, and track projects in Basecamp.

However, PNdigital really knows what they’re doing because they almost tell me what I need before I can request it. I also work with other companies, and I oftentimes need to direct them and tell them what I need. However, PNdigital is very proactive, and they reach out to me first. That’s a very useful skill for a company to have; they take work off of our plate by making plans and strategies in advance so that I don’t have to tell them what to do.

PNdigital are proactive and of the highest standard to work with. How quickly they were able to make a difference to our campaigns.
