What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital Nomads provides us with SEO and PPC services for Google and Facebook. They’ve also designed some landing pages for us that link to our HubSpot CRM system. For SEO, we’ve provided them with access to our site’s backend, and they’ve made some changes to certain landing pages and keywords to optimize our site.

As for the advertising campaigns, we tell Digital Nomads what we want to achieve every month and who we would like to target so that they can create the campaigns. They always provide different options and come up with ideas to create engaging campaigns to attract leads.

We work with three key members from Digital Nomads. Todd (PPC Manager) takes care of PPC campaigns and Facebook Ads, Jacob (PPC Strategist) takes care of our Google Ads, and Hayden (Head of Development) helps us with SEO.

When I was looking for a partner, I received a few different quotes from local digital marketing businesses, including Digital Nomads. Ultimately, I chose them because I liked their approach. I told them that good and regular communication was important to me, and they understood that very well.

We started working together in August 2021, and our engagement is ongoing. We plan to continue working with them and even have them do more work because we’re seeing great results.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since working with Digital Nomads, our business has been flowing better. Thanks to their digital marketing efforts, we’re seeing more leads coming in from Facebook, and our business is growing. We wouldn’t have been able to get those results without their help.

Now, various staff members are constantly contacting new leads, either for recruitment, support workers, or potential clients. Most of these people have found us through our website, demonstrating that Digital Nomads’ SEO efforts also work well for us. Others have told us that they’ve found us through our Facebook Ads, which is great.

How did Digital Nomads HQ perform from a project management standpoint?

Digital Nomads’ project management is amazing. They always deliver before deadlines, and they let me know whenever they face any issues or delays. Overall, we’re very happy with their entire team and their approach. Their team constantly checks in and asks about the quality of the leads they get for us, making us feel like they’re very budget conscious and don’t want to waste money on attracting unqualified leads.

We have monthly meetings with Digital Nomads to discuss the month ahead, our plans, and what worked well for us the month before. They also provide us with a summary of the services they offered the prior month, as well as with a report on the keywords used and suggestions for tweaking the campaigns for the next month.

Their team is very responsive to feedback and works with us to get the best results. I can always email Todd, and he usually gets back to me within an hour; he’s very helpful. We communicate via Zoom meetings, phone calls, and emails. Moving forward, we will try to have a monthly in-person meeting if possible.

Digital Nomads’ professionalism and approach are outstanding. They work very well as a team, and their internal communication is very good. Whenever someone from their team is away, they ensure that their replacement understands where we’re at. Overall, their team feels like a well-oiled machine, which is very helpful for us whenever we need to touch base with them.

No. Honestly, they’ve been really good.

Contact them, set up a meeting, and tell them about your project. Additionally, give them feedback but also trust their recommendations because they’re the experts.

To be honest we had an initial meeting with them, and discussed a total rebuild of our online presence, we immediately felt at ease with their level of understanding in this space. They excelled in delivering a premium shopify website and SEO back end.

Initial contact of the team was with the heads of the departments in each area of our points of interest, ongoing support is given by there team as our project develops.

We have only just started the SEO and advertising component but so far from the website, on to the advertising we are extremely happy with our results.

At the beginning of the engagement, Digital Nomads HQ made changes I wanted to be done to the website. Their team replaced the stock photos that were on the site. Then, they took over the SEO to help generate more customers. I provided some keywords for them to use; their team made structural and textual changes to the site. 

More recently, I’ve expanded the partnership to include social media management; their team manages my Instagram and Facebook profiles. Usually, they get content from my website to post on social media. Their team also does some Google Ads for me.

Digital Nomads HQ is amazing at what they do — they deliver great results. I’ve gotten a lot of bookings because of their work; new customers usually find us through Google searches. For the keywords I’m prioritizing, we’re ranking within the top two. 

I love working with them because I don’t have to be heavily involved in their work. I don’t have to provide much input, which is nice because I’m busy with other work.

Digital Nomads HQ is self-directed, so they don’t require a lot of input from me to deliver good work. They track their successes and ensure their monthly reports are very thorough. 

Outside their progress report, we communicate through email. Their team responds and turns around my change requests quickly. They explain everything clearly, making that I can still understand what they’re saying as a non-technical person. Digital Nomads HQ’s team is always available for a call — their communication is fantastic.

Digital Nomads HQ’s communication is excellent. They have an amazing team; no one is working outside their scope because they have specialists for all the services they provide.

This has helped the website rank higher in the google search results. They also started running a google ads campaign for the business.

Digital Nomads have helped us grow incredibly fast and had us ranking on the first page of google in just a few months. With the google ads, they have reduced our CPC considerably. This has allowed us to use the excess income on growing the business.

We have a monthly meeting with Digital Nomads as well as they send us monthly reports on how our website is growing/ranking. We communicate via email about any potential updates to the website before it goes live.

The team at Digital Nomads are incredibly friendly and helpful. They have helped us grow at an incredibly fast pace. When we have had any problems or concerns, we have always been able to contact them and have our issues resolved ASAP.

I am Company Director and Partner of The CocoCoast Coconut Water Company. CocoCoast manufacture a range of all natural healthy hydration Coconut and Watermelon Waters.

Our web traffic has tripled since the launch of our new site. We have exceeded our first months online sales target and have developed a base for learning to measure our digital strategy moving forward. Our social media engagement is up 1600%.

The team made great decisions on our behalf and engaged with us only when the decisions would have really large impacts on our business. We were informed and updated during the whole process. The team at Digital Nomads are the most down-to-earth, engaging people who are smart as a whip. The mix of talent is a credit to Jodi. We were most impressed by how collaboratively they worked and would have an innate ability to forecast our next move and be ready with a response or idea.

I have been working on this project for years and Digital nomads is my 5th attempt at getting the work done. Based on recommendations, I went with digital Nomads and I have not been sorry.

They understood my concept, they listened to what I wanted and built the website around my needs. This was a critical factor: maintaining my voice and product and they allowed me to do this. They enhanced my product and did not try and push me with their concepts about my product.

The Website has only recently gone live and deliverables are due monthly with regard to SEO , Google analytics , Review of marketing strategy and to determine if there is a need to tweak the design.

They are very flexible and were about to work with me. Options were face to face meetings , Zoom or email correspondence. They were very responsive to my emails and enquires and provided good feedback.

They actually listened and helped me achieve what I wanted for this project. My previous experience has been that web developers build what they want and the client has to fit in. Not these guys , they were about me achieving my goals successfully. They provided the space to make this happen. They are not defensive and they accept negative feedback ( eg I don't like the way it looks) and are happy to make changes or explain why the proposed changes are not great.

The expectation is that things will change and nothing will be perfect. This has allowed us to work towards a goal of always being better rather than being the best. This has allowed us freedom to view obstacles as points of improvement. I am very happy with this organic approach to my website.

After an initial meeting to discuss our requirements, I was confident that their team had the skills to complete the project. I was very impressed with their knowledge and experience. I required an upgrade of our WooCommerce store and setup of a new backup system for the site.

We use a large number of third party plugins and we needed to troubleshoot and resolve a number of conflicts with these plugins. We also carried out a strategic review of the site's design to improve it's SEO.

We received support from two members of their web development team and their head of strategy.

They were able to complete the work and resolve all the performance issues in a timely manner.

After an initial consultation, I felt confident they had a full understanding of the requirements of the project. They were professional and suggested some very useful solutions which saved us time and money. I was very impressed with the speed of their responses to our e-mails.

They have a lot of experience and provide excellent customer service. They care about their customers and the outcome of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything went so smoothly, from initial consultation to project completion, that I can't suggest any improvement. I am very pleased with their work and intend to use them again very soon on another project. It took a short time to schedule the first meeting, I suspect they are very busy and in demand. However, once we had engaged with them the project progressed well.

I wanted my website to stand out and look professional, to reflect the service we promise to deliver.

I know the keener personally, and have been watching her business develop at an exponential rate - that can only mean they are providing a high quality, excellent service. I have also read their client reviews, which were excellent.

We had a zoom meeting for the company to understand the ‘look and feel of the business. They were incredible at understanding the goals and needs of the business. They did a framework, and I provided some written information. Hardly any changes were needed, it was fantastic! They have continued to add info as I have provided.

I had a content strategist, web developer, SEO account manager. I also had contact with the owner of the company in many occasions.

Since the site has only just been launched, it will take some time to gather measurables. It has been incredibly helpful to have all our forms online for patients to fill out prior to their appointment. This also gives them a chance to see our site and credibility.

Communications were excellent, with replies within the same day. Anytime I needed a meeting, I could schedule it online at the time I was thinking about it. Project was completed efficiently.

Their ability to read business style, communication, friendliness, willingness to make changes were impressive. Nothing was a problem for them!

Not at all!! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
