The scope of work for the work that was designed by Visibility Gurus was detailed and thorough in nature. They started off their work with a complete SEO audit of our existing website in order to identify areas where fix-ups and improvements could be made. After the audit had been carried out, they then designed a targeted SEO strategy which focused on improving the structure of our website by optimizing the site structure. Additionally the SEO strategy they designed also focused on leveraging keyword usage and developing high quality content as well as aligning this content closely with the searches that our audience are using to attempt to find useful information. In addition to conventional SEO module they also executed a link earning campaign that included intervals to reach out to reputable and well known industry posts as well as local partners who were viewed to be of high value. In terms of deliverables that would be provided as a result of the work carried out they centred around, an actionable SEO report, a content calendar and anonymised requests which would enable us to more than likely build up the strength of the backlink profile on our site. Moreover we were going to receive regular performance analysis reviews which would show the progress of where the website was at in terms of optimisation and developing a lead to find improvements necessary to be made to the website at present.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results that came from our collaboration were quite impressive and clearly showed a visible improvement of our progress. During the course of a few months we saw significant increases in our organic search traffic were also shown to have a direct consequence of a measurable rise in inquiries that were targeting real estate for a number of the properties that we owned. As a consequence of our increased target visibility we would begin ranking at the first page on most of the target terms that were directed towards properties in our area. Our website also demonstrated a rise in lead generation that subsequently led to an injection of more and more useful inquiries which were directly linked to the work and attention of Visibility Gurus.
