Mediacharge has assisted us in devising a growth strategy, provided support in the SEO sector, set up Google Analytics, and offered expert advice in the creation of tailored ads for our target audience.

Mediacharge has been instrumental in significantly enhancing our reach and acquiring new customers, thanks to a well-defined growth strategy, which has led to a notable increase in sales. The onboarding process was quick and seamless. Ben was always very helpful with any queries, providing versatile support. In particular, the setup and explanations regarding Google Analytics 4 proved extremely enlightening for us. We can highly recommend their partnership.

Our contact person, Ben, has consistently responded to our inquiries swiftly and comprehensively. Additionally, the setup of short-notice virtual meetings to discuss any uncertainties and open questions was easily facilitated.

B2B inbound sales is always a challenge for new product releases. That´s why we hired Mediacharge, they know how to kick-start B2B inbound marketing.

How did you select Mediacharge SEA Agency Germany and what were the deciding factors?

Mediacharge manages all of our PPC campaigns. It’s a partnership; we ran our own campaigns for a while, but we didn’t have the bandwidth to continue doing so. Bringing them on allows us to keep our headcount low. The partnerships works perfectly and the response time is extreme fast.

We started with a small workshop on our new services and products, then Mediacharge prepared a detailed strategy. They were really fast and the campaign strategy was well planed.

We worked with three managers, one partner and senior ppc manager + two juniors.

I’ve had different account managers in the past that have done a great job with their account, but the thing that makes Mediacharge different is the continuity of service.

We mostly used E-Mail, Google Meet and sometimes WhatsApp but only with the partner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The whole Mediacharge Team has a strong technical background, they all know how to setup tracking, implement dynamic tracking parameters or push the sitespeed of a landingpage. That´s very unique and very helpfull because it speeds up so many things during a setup. Also the BI team of Mediacharge is very experienced.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything works well and we´re glad to have Mediacharge as a partner.

We’ve decreased our CPO by -30% while increasing total Brand Traffic (without tv advertisement) by +50%
