Their proposal was very detailed, and they seemed to know what they were talking about. Moreover, they explained that they used white hat techniques instead of black hat techniques for SEO, and their strategy offered great value for the money, so I hired them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to PNdigital, I’ve seen a monthly increase in our rankings, and our ROI has also significantly increased since we began working with them. They’re constantly growing our keywords, several of which have climbed and gotten us first place in search results. Additionally, we’ve been able to achieve those results over the course of one year, which is a lot sooner than expected.

As a secondary result, we’ve seen an increase in our website traffic; most of that traffic comes through SEO. I do a lot of market research for the clinic, and I usually ask clients how they heard about us. Before working with PNdigital, people coming to our site after finding us through a search engine were about 10% of our total business. Now, over 60% of our clients have come after finding us online — that’s essentially a 600% increase. 

In addition to those results, I’ve received positive feedback from clients about our website and its optimization. They’ve told me that our site is easy to use and accessible. A lot of clients are really pleased with our site’s new structure and the tools that PNdigital has integrated into it, such as WhatsApp.

Moreover, our inquiries form is easier to fill out, and the call button is readily available on our website, which makes it very easy to contact us. The content that PNdigital produces for us is very helpful as well. They’ve created very targeted, specific, and factually correct content, so I’ve only been doing small changes rather than major ones. When I worked with a different agency, I had to change 50%--60% of the content they created because it wasn’t appropriate or well-worded. Now, I make changes to less than 10% of the content that PNdigital produces.

Overall, I’m really pleased with the service I have gotten from PNdigital, which is why I’m leaving this review. They deliver the results I want and provide me with great value for the money.

How did PNdigital Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

PNdigital has been very understanding. I’m a difficult customer because I’m strict and deadline- and target-focused. However, PNdigital really knows what they’re doing because they almost tell me what I need before I can request it.

In addition to that, PNdigital’s communication is absolutely fantastic. I’m constantly in touch with a dedicated account manager and the director whenever I need to discuss new opportunities, projects, or services. Their team is very flexible and responsive, and they excel at conversion tracking and analytics, which is very helpful.

PNdigital sends me monthly reports to discuss, which is also helpful because those reports give me an idea of how well they’re performing every month. This also allows me to compare results between months — I can even go back six months to see our progress and adjust our strategy accordingly.

We have regular meetings and calls with PNdigital, most of which are hosted on free platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom. Sometimes, we have regular calls; other times, we have meetings with the whole team. Additionally, we communicate via email as needed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I also work with other companies, and I oftentimes need to direct them and tell them what I need. However, PNdigital is very proactive, and they reach out to me first. That’s a very useful skill for a company to have; they take work off of our plate by making plans and strategies in advance so that I don’t have to tell them what to do.

Are there any areas they could improve?

PNdigital has been brilliant, so there’s nothing much they could improve on. They’re very transparent and honest, so whenever they have small mistakes, they hold themselves accountable for those. Other companies try to hide their mistakes, but PNdigital doesn’t do that.
